In a nutshell, it's a detective type of game where you are trying to figure out who the bad guys are.

The game begins with a set number for players, for example 10. Each person is assigned a role by the game master at the start of the game. If you look at the first post on the first page of this thread, you will see all the role descriptions.

The idea is that some of the Normandy crew members got indoctirated. 8 out of those 10 players are heroes but 2 are villains.

The game master sends a pm in secret telling you your role. The villains work together, but heroes don't know who anyone else is. The game master makes a post in this thread that says game 1 begins IT IS NIGHT TIME. Then game master pms the villains and asks them which player they will attack at night. Once gm gets all the answers, she goes to this thread and makes a post that xxxx player was eliminated at night by villains 9/10 player are left in the game DAYTIME begins. At this point everyone publicly votes against the person they think is most likely a villain. Villains vote too but they're pretending to be as innocent as fluffy kittens (though Dragon was totally onto me when I claimed that ). Whichever person gets the most votes kicks the bucket. NIGHT TIME BEGINS (repeat). The game goes until either all villains are caught or all heroes get eliminated.

It depends on the game, who is running it, and what they allow. In this version of the game, the villains have player roles as well as being villains (for example, if a player is Garrus, it is possible for that player to be either good Garrus or villain Garrus). You can tell who the villains are by analyzing voting patterns, asking people to explain their actions, by having people "prove" their goodness by using their roles for good, etc. It's easy to get it wrong and vote off a fellow hero, but that's just part of the game

Correct me if I'm wrong but I still don't think there has been any change since I posted this update some 30 hours ago, although some people were re-considering their vote and Serza has yet to make one. So I think I'm going to put a timer on it now. I will close the vote in 24 hours regardless unless specifically requested not to.

If he was Evil, then Javik is definitely gone now. If he's Good, then Liara is definitely gone now.
