Hm... Your HQ seems okay banner and all. What's not there anymore though is that link from social.bioware.com to the *old* site. Gone. No more login option on the front page and calling direct URL takes you back to the frontpage, same with profile links

So a room mate of mine installed the controller mod and started playing the game on PC last week, and I tried to show him the N7 HQ after he'd played a dozen games or so because I think it's neat and it's the only way to get a Turian banner, except...

...uh. We synced his account, and it looks the same when he actually logs into the site. I've confirmed N7 HQ in general is still functioning and recording challenge completions. It's been probably about five days since he started his account and did the first games, so it's not just a matter of waiting 15 minutes for in-game progress to appear. It still has the info from my whopping 7 pc games played, but that was a few months ago and haven't been on since so I have no recent info.

Actually, about 2 days after i added you as a friend, it stopped showing you inside the in-game leaderboards. Issue could be older than you think......

This is an unrelated issue with how ME3 MP's in-game leader board handles data from Origin's friends list.

ME3 MP's in-game leader-boards only accommodate the first 100 people from your friends list since that was the cap in Origin back when the game was released.

The big origin update around July 2016 raised the friends limit cap to 2000 people, however. At the time of that update I had 100 friends. So anyone who has added me since then won't show up on my in-game leader boards, regardless of what their N7 or CP rating is.

I could possibly fix this particular issue if I went to my origin friends list and purged the 100 or so people that I haven't seen log on since literally 2013 and people that I know have quit the game, but I'm also lazy.

Edit: now I'm sitting in an internet cafe at 2am in the morning with origin loaded mass-purging people I haven't seen log on in forever. It's hard deleting people with Turian icons, but it must be done.

Yes, I have the same thing. Started playing a couple of weeks ago and my N7HQ is completely blank:

I thought I was doing something wrong at first, but my friend joined me yesterday - also with a newly created account - and their profile is the same:

I know the data lives on an EA server somewhere because I can see my challenge progress in-game, it just won't sync to N7HQ. I'm starting to think the linking of new accounts is just broken.

Or did your room mate ever get his working? Nothing I do seem to help. Even talked to EA Support a couple of times, but their reps barely seem to know what the N7HQ is.

He never got his working. We also tried various things on our end, but nothing works. I also started an alt account a couple weeks ago just to goof around, and that doesn't work, either.

New account linking does in fact seem well and truly broken as of at least a month and a half ago, considering my room mate got his account sometime towards the middle of June.

Have any of you fine folks actually reported this recently? Or had your profiles somehow start working?

I'm running into new players on new accounts with functioning profiles - so linking/accounts isn't categorically broken - and it's triggering me something fierce. :pinched:
