Met My Nanny for the first time today in a White/Reapers/Platinum GiP, and made a terrific entrance if I do say so myself. Upon dropping into the LZ, I texted:

"STG SAVE THE DAY!"

Then was immediately downed by a Rocket Trooper who was waiting for me, and continued:

"SOMEBODY SAVE ME!"

We made it out with 3 of us, a 4th never joined.

Simultaneous save from Praetorian sync AND performed a Possessed Abomination nuke.

That was a good missile.

FTFY Sinful.

Today's pug-adventures brought me to the same lobby as aaenuel, whom I've met for the first time.  Those were some nicely played Krogan! My favourite moment was during the first game, when he proceeded to melee two Scions and right after that a Pretorian to death. GG!

Dunno if they signed up over here after the biower forums, but dropped in on a game with EmoWaffle and Megabeast & played the next as well. Man, that was some popcorn I ate while watching them destroy all the things.

The host was presetting maps and enemies, but cycling through pretty nicely. I outscorewhored him pretty badly on his Hazard Dagger/Collectors/Gold game, then he set it to Hazard Reactor/Collectors/Gold. And then TheeAv3ng3r arrived!

I knew what to expect from the host, as I'd already played a match with him. Sure enough, Wave 3 was an escort, and he was off on the other side of the map missling spawns. I texted:

hi what are you doing

And he came to join us just as the Drone was entering the Reactor. I walked inside with him, then took a step back and hit the button. Everyone except the host got out. He was trapped inside with two Praetorians, a Scion, and a Possessed Scion, so he didn't even bother trying to gel, and nobody was getting in there after him. So much for his epeen!

This was followed by one of the messiest Wave 10 Hazard Reactor/Collectors Escorts I have ever participated in. After another host cook, it took the rest of the team their entire allotment of Missiles to get things back under control and deliver the Drone to the LZ. I wish I'd been recording that.

Up next was Glacier/Reapers. Wave 11 I saw him pulling out his missile launcher, so I pulled mine out and got to work. The random pug was already downstairs, blocking the spawn, but the host didn't realize this, and ran down there looking to score. I ran upstairs and nuked the little cubby hole, the back of the hallway, the little cubby hole, the back of the hallway, 4 spawn nukes back to back to back to back all in the space of about 6 seconds. I texted:

wow, that was lucrative

and the next few matches he switched to Demogrill, and then Talon Merc, but by then I was having too much fun and didn't want to push him too much, since he was really a great player and we cleared Glacier in 14 minutes. I think Hydra was 15 minutes.

After a few more, he got on his mic and thanked us for the GGs. Everyone had a good time.
