What are people telling me here, that the power amp is no good on the fury? Or no good at all? I believe they are refering to it not boosting Biotic Explosions, thus being a "wasted" mod on the Fury. It does still work as intended for Dark Channel (for example). So, if you make heavy use of that, go ahead. Adrenaline Module will serve you better as an armour equipment, but on a gun like the Scorpion, sure, why not slap a Power Mag on it. It's not optimal, but then, do you really need it to be?

Yeah, dark channel does damage, so power amps are usefull rhere, but i don't use dc much myself on the fury.
Nextime i ll javelin fury with it and warp ammo

Ok..so now i'm confused...say like when i use the phoenix vanguard with power amps....the power amps do amplify all powers right?..as in biotic charge, lash and smash powers correct?...  The powers themselves are amplified but not combos, be it tech or biotic. If you charge/lash/smash a primed enemy, the combo will not do increased damage by applying a weapon/consumable power amp. Still, it may be relevant to use power amps on the Phoenix Vanguard if you rely on his "raw" biotic power (to take out unprimed mooks with charge or smash for example). Depends on your style of play. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this but power amps also only increases damage, not force. They will not give you the ability to stagger a wider variety of enemies. In this case of the Fury, the conventional play style is to set off as many combos as possible, hence the "wasted" power amp. Note to self: Need to use this Vanguard more often, he's a lot of fun

Note to self: Need to use this Vanguard more often, he's a lot of fun Hell yeah you do, he can self detonate with Smash and Charge and even Lash if you're fast enough or take Bonus Power evo on Charge. The thing rips gold and is still good on plat, though off host can be iffy. |

They will not give you the ability to stagger a wider variety of enemies. nicely put Lars  allow me to illustrate... yeah i know nothing spectacular here but hey i have it and it's quite satisfying still come now, the drue dragoon cosplay character, slap your hurrdurr on, cause ima not buying their temepsts arent something turbo shit, and off ya ga whipping the shit dead. can't remember if hurrdur's light enough to self detonate on lash though
