I'm hoping there will be Mass Effect related news at EA Play on Thursday.
In the meantime, my IVF twins took turns being the Pathfinder. I'd love to have MEA 2 with both of them aboard the Tempest -- Tom and Fryda have great sibling chemistry.

So, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of Mass Effect (or substantive Dragon Age) news at EA play, but I found this song and it inspired me to work out my frustrations by stringing together clips of Scott and Cora making out.  It came together in less than a week, which has got to be a record for me. In the course of making it, I realized that Cora is one badass biotic. Sure, Miranda can crush a mech, but can she deflect 50 missiles and save thousands of people? Scott & Cora: Superheroes by the Script |

So I heard this song and it reminded me of Liam. Because Liam trusts Sara unconditionally.
Liam gets a lot of flak for being impulsive and a bit of a dumbass, but he is also the most openhearted and well-adjusted of the Andromeda LIs. He's also quick to jump into a relationship and commit once he's in. So quick that I had to replay 20 hours of the game to unstick his romance and harvest clips.
I don't understand how people can think Liam is in any way similar to Jacob. Jacob is a cynic; Liam is an idealist. Jacob is standoffish; Liam wants to talk, and then bombards Sara with emotional emails with attachment lists miles long. Jacob is a commitment-phobe who dumped Miranda and Shepard, while Liam is ready to settle down with Sara from the instant the Archon is defeated.
