Just don't use a point glitched character Honestly, most of the point glitchable characters it makes very little difference. What are you going to gain from it? Sabotage on the QSol? Passive on the Vorcha Engineer? A few hundred shields on the TGI or AIU? As you say, so little to gain, and yet so much (self-respect) to lose! Back in the day I accidentally glitched my Volus Adept, assuming wrongly that he was classified as Ultra Rare because such a thing was possible. It was only BSN which alerted me to my scrubbiness. One of the characters not mentioned is the Warlord - I had him glitched on an alt on PS3 - I would argue that he benefits more than most others as having all the points allows for a much more versatile approach - you can spec the Electric Hammer for most use, but also keep one mega Biotic Hammer for Primes etc. The living embodiment of pyjakery, obviously, and I never used him in a public match. On topic, as a 99% off-hoster, isn't "Lag" the ultimate BSN in-joke? I would almost hint at distance having a bearing, but it's unlikely that anyone would heartily endorse this product and/or service.

Funny thing is, I think most of those threads can still be linked, because BSN is still publicly viewable (or at least, it was the last time I checked.) The one in between: "Bioware Forums" is the one that we can't see anymore, but it was only around for about a year and a half, so fewer "inside jokes" got lost. Can yöu really still view it? Göt a link?

Göt a link? I hadn't checked in a couple of years, so I didn't know that BSN is no longer publicly viewable. It was still viewable even after "The BioWare Forum" couldn't be seen anymore, but I guess they got around to the older one, as well.
