Is this merely graphical, or does this mean that the amount of variation that takes place on a particular planet is increased?

- Base complexity rendering limits have been removed for next generation consoles. Is this merely graphical, or does this mean that the amount of variation that takes place on a particular planet is increased? Base complexity is merely about how big a base you can build. I believe next gen gets the same build limit as PC has had for a while. |

The new one is focused on getting consoles a bit closer to PC, it seems. I still can't play due to my injured hands. So I have no idea what the game looks like right now. |

The new one is focused on getting consoles a bit closer to PC, it seems. I still can't play due to my injured hands. So I have no idea what the game looks like right now. Hopefully you recover soon from your injuries. I went into the game last night to see how the update turned out. It's definitely much more stable and the load times are absurdly low (I'm playing on Series X). While I do notice the increase in Draw Distances, I won't be able to see how well the improvements to foliage and additional fauna elements plays out until I come across a vegetative planet.
