I opened ME3 just now (as in, just opened the game, didn't even try to connect to MP or anything) and was greeted with this:

I've never encountered this before. The "OK" isn't clickable, either.

Is this a normal thing that I've happened to just never see in the past, or what?

It's all for some big update, apparently. The word is that there are too many resources being devoted to Anthem and so Bioware is reallocating some elsewhere. Instead of having them work on, say, Dragon Age 4: 2077 though :huh:

they've decided to have whatever sized dev crew work on patching/fixing ME3MP.

Strange, but I guess they want to get some practice in before tackling what I'm sure will be DA2077's amazing multiplayer shooter mode.

- being able to kick freely as host (finally!)

- the missile glitch (does anyone even do this anymore?)

- having the option to have an invisible launcher from the get-go (toggle on/off in lobby)

I probably missed some but it's sure to be a great update

It is my contention that there has been ongoing edits in the background to this game.

In the past few months, I have seen so many Phantom charges that, although I initiated Charge before anything the Phantom had done (AFAICT, as I'm off-host), instead of the Phantom getting to finish her cheating instagib, I successfully Charge and regain the upper hand.

This is a change in host/client precedence, which has been changed regarding Vanguards before (that's how they fixed the classic "Vanguard Glitch").

Can I prove this? No.

Can I say, after thousands of hours of playing, that I have a strong suspicion things have changed in that regard in the last year? Yes. I believe that.
