Everything looks fine for me in Chrome. So it's not the site. But if your Chrome is working fine on other sites it can't be the browser either I guess.
Looks like a CSS issue to me but I'm no expert and also no idea what could cause it, especially if it just occurs on this one site (or at least this one site out of all the ones you have navigated too so far to check them as well). First suggestion is usually clearing the cache and such and CTRL+R the site.

I was thinking about something like this at first. But seeing as the site worked fine even in Firefox which I have completely full with addons like Adblocker, Ghostery and NoScript and the likes I thought it had to be something else like an error with reading/executing the CSS files which is what it looked like to me. But glad you worked it out and also told us what was causing it for future references.
