A few weeks ago I opened a gold lobby and he was the only one joining in wave 2.
He revived me, shoot enemies and helped with the devices. After a few waves he just stand there and probably realized what he just did. He made a few steps and left.

I always thought that they must be seriously special needs or something. Their score is by far the absolute worst of anyone I've ever seen in gold. Then there's that going and standing in the corner thing they do. I reckon it was a real player once but maybe it's just on auto now.
