Edit. I did another repair of the game which seemed to stabilise it but after two matches, CTD again so I took a look at the app and repaired it. Had another three matches. 

Low: Got GiP'd into a platinum that looked half decent but was lagging the shit out. Watched an asari skip up the ramp at Dagger LZ instead of "walk" up it.

High: Readied up immediately after that, half hoping to get back and it magically be a bit better (it works sometimes) but instead got GiP'd into lady_in_bed's plat/giant/u, which was collectors.

There I proceeded to faceplant and run out of gels only to pull it all out of the fire. Fun duo to start, me on fireshield paladin and them on vorcha soldier. Then Elco####'s (I don't remember the numbers) joined as an AIU and we finished it as a trio in short order. Once there were three of us it turned into the kind of match where we got to push the enemy back, instead of retreating. I like those. Shit blew up and I got to tank like a paladin. Did a respectable amount of damage too.

Almost ran out of thermals using em to stagger praetorians. Only took a decade but I am using them a lot more frequently than I did before.

'Low: Lagging like mad in every game I had ' ... abso-fucking-lutely.

I strongly recommend: This . It fixes all the problems I had with that shyte called EA desktop.

Not only did I manage to play ME3MP quite decently lately, it has also fixed all the problems I had with DA:O.

And yes I'm still out there...

So I can't tell why I would have CTD moments. At times I think it's the host because I could CTD twice under two different hosts and then have two smooth matches with another two different hosts. I don't understand this at all.

High: Got in a few good games before I started rubberbanding like mad.

Wound up on the floor of FB:Dagger and me and the host snap cheesed at each other. (Me looking up them looking down.) Good times.

However spicy the lag I regret nothing.

what would that mean ?

High: a host I typically leave now because they are laggy as fuck (leaves their porn torrents on I bet) kicked me before I had to leave. Saved me like, three button clicks at least. Tyvm. Please do that again. Invaluable time-saver.

Higher: Not five seconds after the above I get GiP'd into a gold/collectors/ghost(not hazard) with Wrex-in-effect. I proceeded to get Wrex-in-effect murdered by trying to save a puggernaut with extremely poor positioning, then he tried to revive me. We got into a revive cycle but somehow managed to survive. Yay us. (Sorry 'bout that but as you can see from it happening multiple times. It do be like that.) "Somehow, Palpatine returnedwe survived." Seriously though, that poor puggernaut. I mean, I expect to die gloriously, but I don't quite think he did.
