High: abombed Mission_Scrubbed quite a few times while playing a bunch of really fun games yesterday  Low: I got stuck on loading screen 3 times pugging into inert , @domi and Aragorn89 . I didn't hear all the conversation cause I was alttabbing in and out, but what I heard was way too flattering, Inert is too kind. Hopefully another time I'll make it in. I am pretty sure it was my host, because my game variant seem to be at odd with other folks'. Cirvantes had the same issue & seeing a bunch of people who could not load into that fated 4th spot I am guessing that this is what happens when you pick the game 3 years after release on steam sale. (insert sad face). That, and my location in the remote Canadian wilderness in a timezone shared only by another dozen or so people... yeah, that's why I am so up to speed on what's up in Singapore. I was really happy to get into those Gold games with inert and Aragorn89 though the guys had to pick up too much slack from my many an untimely demise. I partially lay blame on the bugs, erm, not the computer bugs, the Swarms bugs that suckered me into just shooting my Arc II & punching stuff with high-tech fists. I have one active power on my Batarian, both offense and defense, so a swarm is real bad news.... Though, yeah, I think I cut down one of the Brutes on the Blade Armor, it's one of those sweet, sweet moments. Overall, despite my almost brazen attitude towards Silver right now, I feel like a newborn kitten on Gold. It was really upbeat matches though, actually playing gold. :) I have also learned that thermal clips are important for non-grenade carrying classes! I had some really wonderful pugs on Silver yesterday as well. I got into a lobby hosted by a gutsy Sentinel (lemme tell ya, when my N7 was 36, I was playing no Silver on a level 12...) but he was doing just awesome, so KUDOS, as well as providing a fun running commentary. I tried to pitch in so he did not feel all lonely with his blow by blow, and overall it was pretty neat. The other perma slot was given to the guy that carried us some (and some more), and the fourth slot was a rotating one b/c the Sentinel leveled/shopped between matches & some peeps are impatient. In one of those slots we got the Alliance Infiltration Unit & I have a feeling I am getting it why they are not everyone's fav kit to play with. I really had a blast, playing all my fav three chars, Man-with-Lashes, Krogan Soldier and then swapping to Batarian, 'cause I felt a tank'ish char would be good for the comps we were getting (lots of Engineers). And, yeah, my manifest is starting to fill up, even if it's just level I weapons! I sort of miss the excitement of getting the kit cards, but I like getting guns more :) I really want Lancer and Arc to grow up, as well as the Reegar.

I went pUUGging as HSent.
Low: dropped into a lobby of newbies (one Jugg, one GT, one Talon Merc) set U/U/G. Decided to see how far I could curry them. Wave 6, as it happened: rolled London/Collectors and got a hack objective.
High: biosplosion-tastic game alongside a Fury and another HSent, plus a volus merc. U/U/G gave us Giant Hazard/Cerberus. Fairly smooth, very fun. Favourite part: wave 5, the Fury and I sitting next to each other in hard cover, double-teaming an Atlas with biotic explosions. Feel the synergy!

High: I don't usually host but needed a game each on London and Condor so made a lobby where I was joined by a team including a level 8 Cabal, with an N7 Rank of 9. I'm pretty much game for anything at this stage, and doubly so when I'm playing as a Kroguard. They scored around 26k and only died 2 or 3 times, and helped with objectives, and we got out of London in around 23 minutes. I also got 50 melee kills by wave 2, which may be a personal record for me in a team game.
Low: Got synced on extraction (again!) from Condor in the next game. Missiles! Missiles everywhere!

low: gold borequit (recently i cant finish gold games - i am just too bored, its not the pugs or the maps i am just getting bored)
high: Gen wanted 2 have a couple of games so yeah my mood is improving. Had a silver duo she was quarian female infil with widow 2 i was male quarian engie with reegar and drill (1). Suck with quarians but since she was one i wanted to pšlay a quarian 2. Reegar was used because its a quarian weapon. W9 dzejkob joined so we had 2 more games gold. Very smooth, under 23 minutes.

High: My Kroguard was joined by a pair of blue ladies, who helped out immeasurably when I got Brute-stomped on Wave 7. I also continued my run of extraction wave derps into a Banshee embrace, although I can't blame missiles on anyone this time. Anyway, one was a Justicar, the other a Huntress. The Justicar was sporting a small bubble - something I haven't seen in many a year - and when we got back to the lobby I switched the location to Goddess and brought my own big bubble out to play. Sadly, we were joined by a low level Cabal, but they dropped out after a wave and we were soon found by another Asari with a Stasis bubble. To describe the game as Bubblicious would be something of an understatement, and my only wish is that I'd been able to record it. The melees between waves started out gently enough, but one by one I got the others to join the party, and by the end the EZ was one big frenzied, communal, simultaneous Asarigasm.

High: omigod, omigod, my first (and likely only) banner! I have made a more or less suicidal run of silver games on Valkyrie, working like old Gepetto for my 40k points... ouchie. It's a hard kit to get going for me, particularly because I needed to pick points on the Annihilation field. So, yea, up-close and personal! Then inert kindly duo'd a bunch of games with my H!Sentinel, something I have not played for months & to help me with points inert was using a Geth with GSMG... that made for a fairily long Atlas kill. But if the Sentinel was okay on Silver, omg, was he made of tissue and with about as much killing power on Gold. Well, okay, it's not really the kit's fault, but I sure was greatful for good company (one of inert's powerful friends joined us) and how fast those points added up, so I could switch to something less tragically tragic. Then Aragorn89 came along, and the gold started feeling less of a spectator sport and more of a participatory event. The last game was uber-fun, against Geth... which is about the only faction that keeps me from keeping the immortal exchange between Mal and Wash: "Define "interesting" "OMG, OMG, we all gonna die..." looping infinitely through my mind. Anyway, it was one of those really fun gaming nights.

Anyway, it was one of those really fun gaming nights. I consider myself something of a Valkyrie expert and I run her like this. If you want faster BE's, take rank 6B on Warp, or maybe 4A on passives, but I found out it works really well for me. Open up with Warp, get in the rang of AF, two Raider shots, dodge as needed, follow up with Biotic Explosion. Few things can survive that and the ones that do are quickly put to rest with Raider. It's a high risk, high reward character, but oh so satisfying to play once you get the hang of her. Equipment as you like. Warp ammo is very good choice, Incendiary for maximum gauda. Cyclonics in Platinum, Adrenaline module in Gold. Don't care what anybody says, she's better than Fury ever could be

Don't care what anybody says, she's better than Fury ever could be :) I started with Eviscerator/Acolyte and the build that the Kalence has (6/6/6/6/0) but I will be happy to retry with 4/6/6/6/4. I switched out to my trusty Arc 2 from the first combo, because well, frankly Arc 2 is better than Ev, and Acolyte takes forever to charge up before it shoots. I do not have a Raider yet, and most of my gold stuff is below level 3, so all Shotguns are really heavy. When she does trigger Bio explosion it's nifty, but from my Asari I like the infiltrator kit the most. Gold games are still over my head, unfortunately, so I prefer to play very survivable characters.

High: I got my first level 10 ultra rare weapon today after a fun gold pug game. It took me 511 hours and a 2.5 year break from the game. Low: It is a Blood Pack Punisher and my Venom Shotgun is still at level 1

High: Somehow carried a pug game with the talon mercenary. I love me some auto aiming heavy melee though and combine it with some charged up weapons.
Starting to care less about the audio in the game and instead just listening to rap songs and it being louder than the banshee screams at this point, it helps me get through my long pug games.

High: Got a kick vote from getting 1st place with the talon mercenary High: Made a guy leave mid game for either getting DC'd or the fact that his Epeen pride was on the line knowing it was highly unlikely he wouldn't be able to outscore my badass Drell Adept. Honestly I used to be that guy until now I only care about having fun and or getting used to new fundamentals of a kit that I don't use too often.

High: Got a kick vote from getting 1st place with the talon mercenary <stuff> did you spam the whole map with recon mines? If by constantly doing it at every chance I could. Not really 90% of the time I was 2-3 shotting the reapers with AP arrows. I only nuked spawns with cain trip mines like 2 times the entire game lol.

Low - got some time to kill, so room for more complaining. Twice in a row I've been landing in Flamer spamming lobbies. The main issue is that the Flamer sound tends to work as intended, meaning it's very loud and annoying.

I initially meant highly unlikely, for the fact I play a really good Drell Adept and I guarantee GruntKitterhand can vouch for that fact.

Highlights - had some good times with a few BSNers on Platinum these past two days. Yesterday afternoon to evening with Evntln and Oni on PS3. Then after that with Mission_Scrubbed on a suicide duo mission back on PC (there were pugs, but, you know). And finally this afternoon with a BSNer I haven't heard of from since old BSN prime, but found in PS3 AHF chat; Fuenf789. So yes, many good games were had.
