Recent Game Highlights and/or Low Points

High: None

Low: i was happily spaming slugs with my Tsol + Piranha, until we had to extract, i was like 2 steps from the extraction zone (3 secs remaining) when suddenly, i got blasted by a rocket from the back (it went full Garrus with that one )... what a shame...

Ty. Yep, that's the plan. I did manage to get both of the N7 Shadow abilities yesterday, so it's not all that bad. She was actually fun on bronze, because she kills things. Heh.

EDIT: on the other hand, picked one game this morning, at 5am, so unless I was connecting to Sleepless in Seattle, I was going across the pond for my jollies, and it was smooth as butter. Save for me paying attention to x-plodding my tech armor rather than erm... more salient points of playing the game. Well, I am almost there with it, so I hope I will be less of a nuisance after that with my Vorcha Engineer. Famous last words, I know!

High: After which I can play whatever character I want on whatever difficulty! Yay!

High: Just finished another banner, reckoning mastery, Krogan Warlord extractions completed, pity that doesn't count towards a BotB tho.

Low: I'll have to get my sniper banner now, last weapon one left and with good reason. I'm a terrible sniper.

Ouch. That sucks. i honestly have no idea how the stability of the host works out in this game. Origin just had an update though, so maybe that's why. Or a butterfly flapped it's wings in New Zealand.....

What really was frustrating was that the match actually was quite fun, with a double Turian.

Highs, lows and a consolation prize. After pugging all morning docsteely invited me to a game with Sonashii and AndersonPooperN7 in which I managed to get grabbed every banshee wave. Didn't miss a one. I did finish tech armor use.

Thanks for the games and apologies for the scrubbiness.

High:
Had 4 gold curries with GruntKitterhand. I'm sure he was tired picking my scrubby carcass up all evening. I'm sowry, I don't know what it is but when I play with pals I just fudge up, ALOT.


Had to put on my try-hard pants with my N7Shadow for 2 games to save face, still hit the floor on occasion tho, luckily I got plenty of saving face gel to spare. Even saved me from a revived into a banshee sync kill, nice.
Last game was pretty hilarious, I don't know if the other person who joined us was a pal of Grunt's tho but we all were Krogans and it was pretty much this...



for each wave. As it should be, it's just the polite thing to do. My Krogan just didn't want to live in the last game, goddamn I was scrubby, I wouldn't blame ya Grunt for sticking to pugs.

Low: All successful extractions counts as a low, right?

You worry too much Crim - they were all fun games, and we just got lucky with the other pugs as they seemed to know what they were doing - hiding missiles at the start is usually a good sign. All I ever really hope for from teammates is that if I'm capping a device with a Banshee lurking, she will be turned into a pile of goo. We did that more than once for each other, and you reminded me of FireRider - I have no higher praise than that. And thank you for being so kind as to not mention the fact that I was grabbed twice! 

The Krogan match was hilarious, with your deaths making me chuckle (sorry), while I was too busy trying to get a lock on the damn Hunters. I really hate Hunters, and it crossed my mind last night that anyone with the slightest degree of sanity would just equip a Reegar. I just can't stoop that low, and rate my insanity as one of my strongest assets. Next time out I might forego my Berzerker Gear for a Scrub Scanner though.

My highlight was actually when my lone Kroguard took the rest of you to Giant. Giant is a great map to be a Krogan for reasons other than it being on Tuchanka - the ramps are just epic for taking on Banshees, even two at a time, and hosting is still enough of a novelty to me that I could really make the most of it. The last Banshee on wave 10 went down to a backhand of mine that got me my gold melee medal - a little sluggish perhaps, but I'd been using Barrier actively early on for lols. 

I'll be on tonight again after the football, and if we play you really should try to get some Sniper points. If it was me I'd ignore the Viper, Incisor and Raptor (although the DAI can make great use of the latter, and if the TSol's your thing the Incisor is also viable - I just think the other options are more fun.) Bearing in mind that you could use the SI for all of them but that would be a bit boring, my favourite pairings to have as much variety as possible are - 

Mantis - QFI/SI
Javelin - GI
BW - DAI/GI
Widow - QFI/SI
Krysae - TSol/GI/GE
Kishock - BatSent/QFI/HI
Valiant - QMI
CSR - SI/VolEng
Indra - HE

And one last thing, in the spirit of BSN. Now that I've saved you from a revive into a Banshee, you must be aware that the next time might not end the same way. 

I played a few more with aragorn and twangled afterwards. 

I'd like to compliment both you and aragorn for the incredible pro-strat of welcoming twangled to the reactor. I don't think there's a better way to start a match than having three krogans headbutt you constantly. Games were smooth for the most part - I forgot that the Striker has such strong kickback having not used it in years. 

That one AIU Reegar PUG really irked me, but then again they all do. To be fair, he did revive - but you can see how that kit is a crutch. In the first game where he played TSent, he nuked wave 11 and could only get half my score. When he had the AIU (and still spawn nuked) he was aiming to top score and kept up with me. This is precisely why I stopped using Infiltrators. I don't want to make myself ineffective with other kits.

Those poor phantoms. 

I use the Graal to stagger and reduce barriers on phantoms, so I can get the melee in. However, there were several times where you smacked a phantom, setting them up for their all-expenses paid flight to the other side of the reactor. Much punch, very headbutt.

There's really only one way to play this game - from Tuchanka.

As for your Strength Enhancer situation...
