High: After that game TTT left, we were joined by Anubita (Sona's friend) and we continued with an all vorcha team which was quite fun. Vastator left so the rest of us trio-ed, first as an all-human vanilla team, which was too OP ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) so we ended with an all asari team. Very nice games, indeed. The Vorcha game on FB Reactor was an high point for you? It was a huge disappointment! I trapped two of you in the reactor, in 2 different times, but you didn't die! Y U NO DIE IN DA REACTO WEN TRAPPD????!!?![](http://tecnoslave.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Mass-Effect-3-Rebellion-DLC-Vorcha.jpg) Stupid Vorchas regenerating health Honestly, I don't think you managed to trap me in the reactor, as I am an old fox and usually do the trapping not the reverse... Perhaps if we try with an all volus team to give you a better chance?

How the bloody handkerchief does one achieve a score of 321.283 points?! Holy shitting duck nipples!!
In my best score-whoring attempts (though admittedly I haven't attempted many) I'm pretty sure I never scored higher than somewhere around 150.000 or so, and even that was reeeeeaaaaally exceptional for my doing and involved a Reegar AIU.
What does one have to do exactly to score a lot? Get as many medals as possible? Do all the objectives by yourself? Prime all the targets and get tons of supports? Or does none of that matter and do you just need to kill shitloads? I've never even really looked into it.

Yep, i trapped Sonashii on first (?) wave and Anubita on one of the lasts (i pressed the bottom, trapped him, but at the same time i got killed by da enemis, Anubita got trapped, but then he came out from da reacto to revive me. What a shame for me)

*looks at screenshots* How the bloody handkerchief does one achieve a score of 321.283 points?!... He was playing OP: TSol with Talon, I think. You are talking about one of the most efficient killing machines that ever played the game. He's the owner of the actual record for the fastest plat solo (16:08). But don't let that fool you: he is one of the best team players I've ever played with (look at the revives). It's always a pleasure playing with him, because you know that as long as you're doing your best, he's going to give you the chance to win.

Turian Soldier with Talon Pistol? Never tried that. Sounds tempting, because I did recently hit Talon X. Hah! So what exactly makes him OP? I mean, Turian Soldier is good, obviously, but what kind of build is it?

Min time you spend not dealing said damage, i.e. dying, dodging, looking for targets, reviving stupid PUGs, etc. Scorewhoring - use broken weapons like Venom, Reegar, Wraith, Arc Pistol and so on and abilities that net you easily kill and assist points like overload, snap cheese, flamer, dark channel, incendiary ammo cheese, etc. If you do that on purpose, be prepared for me to outscore you with a basic vanilla human kit, just out of pure spite.

Yesterday's games were a good material for another chapter of my High Fligths. Yes, I'm addicted. What do you want from me? So here it is - Chapter 13.1st: Teamed up with Doc, Muah, x3l and Hamletic for some Platinum adventures. It started calm and easy as we proceeded to destroy everything in sight. And word of warning, if x3lander is telling you that he outscores you with vanilla human character - he's going to do it. After our first session, a guy called The_Doctor46N7 joined us. And first thing he did - he started terrorizing me. I was thinking about what to play next, after I finished last game with SE/Venom. The moment I switched to Drellguard/Claymore, he started pointing out that I don't need Omni capacitors on him... I didn't have the chance to get rid off it yet man! Terror at his best ![:bandit:](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/MBegLlcVARPsRUIjpieF.png) I must admit, I did terrible with that kit haha. But all in all I had a tons of fun ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) Btw. whenever I play with Doc and Muah at the same time, I am a bit confused how should I call them. When I say Doc they may get confused, so it's a good thing that Terror came to rescue We finished on a very high, speedrunning note 2nd: Managed to finish Week 7 from Hamletic's Tales from the Trenches. This time no one interrupted it haha. I tried a Hawk Missiles Destroyer build for that challenge. It was surprisingly good, even if I don't like it that much. I prefer typical cheezze, Typhoon/nades build. There's no point in posting only 2 challenges. 4 is a minimum, so we're probably going to do another 2 today. 3rd: Superb gold games with Hamletic, Doc and my local friends. My gaming day was ended by the final Plat match. I set the map to White so it would be less stressful. Anub and one random guy were so busy killing things that they missed extraction lol. All in all - thank you everyone for such a good gaming day. But it's noticeable that this game is more "empty" than before Andromeda release. Which is a shame imo, but people like different things and I can't blame them.

I dish out nearly the same amount of mayhem as with GI Javelin and that's saying something. The only mistake you can make with this kit is not playing aggressively enough. It's like surfing on an endless wave of rage while on the inside you are calmly selecting the next target and counting out the tempo of the dance... As for the two docs, one of them used to go by MirandaLawson, which is how we are still logged in the duo HoFs, AFAIK.

I can imagine that this build is insane in the right hands, which I do not have ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) To be honest that was my first time in months, since I played Drellguard. And for the first time with Claymore I may add. Before I switched to High Lord I had euquipped Hurricane on him, which even someone managed to point out to me (guess who did that?) ![:bandit:](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/MBegLlcVARPsRUIjpieF.png) But I was using Hurricane back when I just started my MP adventure, so I was a bigger scrub than I am now haha. Also I noticed that Doctor was named Miranda once ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) I'm guessing that he likes Miranda very much (maybe even romanced her) haha

Build all passives for weapon damage and MM for rate of fire and accurancy. Also you can build CS or PM,but i don't use them very often. Yeah, that's how I build him too. No CS. PM for bosses, set for damage taken, usually.

Also I noticed that Doctor was named Miranda once ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) I'm guessing that he likes Miranda very much (maybe even romanced her) haha My first nickname was Miranda_LawsoN7.I completed Weekly Themed Solos 1.0 on a legendary difficult and Prestacious decided to add a new title(nickname)by my choice.Usually you can choose your own title after completing both weekly themed solos 1.0 and weekly themed solos 2.0 on a gold difficult, but since i completed them on a higher difficult he decaided that i deserve my own title.I chose The_Doctor and then decided to change my origin nickname to The_Doctor46N7,because i am a big fan of Vale. There is one more reason for that nickname, but it's a long story.

...Scorewhoring - use broken weapons like Venom, Reegar, Wraith, Arc Pistol and so on and abilities that net you easily kill and assist points like overload, snap cheese, flamer, dark channel, incendiary ammo cheese, etc. If you do that on purpose, be prepared for me to outscore you with a basic vanilla human kit, just out of pure spite. Unfriended, blocked, reported.Wraith ![<3](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/bYmUqWGYNIhNE0GJanhP.png) The best gun in the game. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) Joke aside, but can't agree for wraith and arc pistol. You need skills to play them just as your favorite Claymore.Yes they are too light, but it doesn't make them "broken",because if you are not enough good you won't kill a thing ,unlike Reegar,Venom,lolcolyte..Sorry, guys, though both of you are far better players than I'll ever be, I'll have to disagree with both of you. Scorewhoring, imo, is deliberately sabotaging a team's play just in order to maximize your e-peen by outscoring the rest, it's deliberately forgetting that this is first and foremost a cooperative game, not a pvp. I have no problem with players that come with AIUs/Reegar, TGIs/Harrier or whatever you might consider a broken kit into the lobby, as long as they do their part in the team. I have a huge problem with jerks that stay away of the circle while I am escorting or hacking or even worse, nuke spawns on objective waves while I am doing the devices or nuke spawns on extraction, just to get a better score. I have a huge problem with jerks that do not revive people that are right next to them, when it's obvious they can do it. And I could continue but I am sure you got the idea... Just my 2c.

I have never tried to score at the expense of the team. People who don't do objectives are jerks. Though there is this thing that sometimes the host can do the objective on his own, and it goes just as fast as when the whole team does it. It's always worth a try, but I only do this with friends.
What I was actually asking was: how do you get a high score in general? Besides killing shitloads. I mean, does the number of medals affect your score in any way? I've never looked into this.
I do have this problem that when I get the revive prompt, I hit A and nothing happens. Sometimes I press repeatedly and it just won't work. And then I die. People sometimes get mad, thinking I refuse to revive them, but I think it's an off-host problem that occurs sometimes.
I also have this problem that when I'm low on health, I use an ops pack, I hear the sound effect, I see the shields and health coming back and then I still die anyway. The consumable is gone though. I can pretty confidently say this happens 9 out of 10 times. Perhaps I shouldn't wait until the last instant, but you don't always get the luxury of choice.

*looks at screenshots* How the bloody handkerchief does one achieve a score of 321.283 points?! I had one if these a few weeks ago with Human engine plat cerb. Sometimes you just get in a zone killing shit so fast and easy its impossible for people to keep up. I think I had almost 300,000 beginning wave 8 or 9 when my box froze one me. It was one of my best games I've played and it was all for naught.

What I was actually asking was: how do you get a high score in general? Besides killing shitloads. I mean, does the number of medals affect your score in any way? I've never looked into this. You basically need a kit capable of nuking a spawn without a missile, and the foresight to know where spawns are going to pop before they are there. That means having a rough idea of where your teammates are at any given time as well. Knowing when to leave that Prime on the other side of the map and wiping out the mooks while he crawls his way over makes a difference too. You also need a smaller map. Somewhat shitty teammates as well lol. (To be fair you don't "need" these things, but they all contribute to your first 2/300k+ match.) For instance, a Drell Adept that Reaves then Cluster Grenades on Glacier can wreck the place. Fast enough to get where he's needed in time with enough firepower to blow the spawn up in two buttons, with a shot from your weapon to polish off the stragglers. *** Another combo but requires team work to see it done, is Flamer/Snap Cheese and triple-hit Overload. Just turn the sound down a bit if you're not a fan of broken glass.

That's very good and what every person with some common sense should do. As for the rest, I don't know which objectives you are referring to, because it's proven that hacks and escorts go faster with more people in the circle. High score is always an indicator of killing shitloads, but that means quantity and quality (ex. kill 20 husks = less experience than 20 marauders). The game also takes into account the way you do your killing (headshot, grab, melee, power, combo etc.). Medals give you by themselves a small amount of XP, but are more of an index of what you actually do in the game, like number of killings, revives, tech or biotic kills, grabs, etc. Both problems occur usually because of the lag.

My personal best score in a team game was with Krogan adept +Wraith on Glacier hazard-376k or something like that,so you can score high without nades. All you need is bad teamates. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png)

I can pretty confidently say this happens 9 out of 10 times. Perhaps I shouldn't wait until the last instant, but you don't always get the luxury of choice. I guess you are referring to glitching hacks? Starting the hack, then quickly moving out of the circle? I try (and mostly fail) to do so in solos, but I never do in team games. I think it can easily lead to confusion, and it's in general unnecessary: even when the team doesn't kite-as-a-team, missiles solve most hack problems IMO. A few more things that can cause high scoring in the regular flow of a game (so no unnecessary nuking and no scoremongering in general): using top consumables, they do make a big difference. Using thermal clip packs to take down bosses or spawns, the double damage on hitting a tcp is an amazing buff. Using priming powers, as kills due to detonations are assigned to the primer. Knowing spawns points and having a feel for how a wave will generally go (eg. cerberus gold wave 4, you can let the dragoons come to you, but on wave 5 you are better off roaming the map looking for nemeses) will let you optimize movement. Knowing the best spots on the maps for your current loadout is also big: more time in RHA means more time racking points up. Finally, there's a sweet spot for which enemies give the best score per effort needed to kill them, and I believe it is elite mooks - the same enemies you should be targeting to make waves go fast: marauders-brutes-ravagers, abominations-captains-scions, etc. I haven't bothered checking the specifics, but I think going after that tier of enemies is the best way to gain points in a given wave. Ragdolling enemies on kills will net you a higher score for some reason, but it's not really worth pull-throwing husks just for the extra points... it's worth doing it because it's fun In general, most of that stuff becomes second nature; for me, it was when I began successfully clutching late waves on gold, which is when that knowledge really came in handy. Until then, how much fun you are having is a much better metric to measure how the match is going IMO As docsteely mentioned, your other problems are due to lag. Nothing to do but apologizing on the revive I am afraid. Never take an op pack for granted off-host, and try to time it for a lot earlier, eg when you are getting shield-gated, or when you know you'll have to cross some open area... at least that's what I do, then curse my shining corpse and wow I will never use op packs again off-host

Three hacks? In a silver solo? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it, buuuutttt...
When you hit me with targets, targets, devices in a platinum solo attempt, I can only say... fuck you, RNG. Fuck you with a polearm roughly the size and girth of a leaning tower of Piza.

As for the rest, I don't know which objectives you are referring to, because it's proven that hacks and escorts go faster with more people in the circle. Sorry, I meant hacks. I didn't even know this until someone showed me recently. It doesn't always work, but sometimes it does. If you get a hack objective, let the host activate the hack. If it works, only the host needs to stay in the circle and the rest can go off killing enemies to keep the host safe, and the hack will go just as fast as with 4 people there. Like I said, it doesn't always work, but sometimes it really does. It really amazed me. The most important condition is that you let the host start the hack, preferably with no one else in the immediate area. Ummmm, I'm not sure. Maybe that was what he did. I was under the impression that the host stayed in the circle, actually. I'll ask him again when I see him. He showed me last week, so yeah. Using thermal clip packs to take down bosses or spawns, the double damage on hitting a tcp is an amazing buff. Wait, what? Thermal clip packs give you double damage?
