He has had a few names over his history with BSN. The first that I was aware of was "Sinful Force." I still refer to a somewhat well-known uBSN-hater as "superblaze" because of their original user name. I knew he had to have a religious bent to all of this. It's typical.

I'll make this easy for everyone, show me the science that proves the shape of the Earth. View from space? But that's fake. If all evidence is fake, there's no proving anything. Hence, debating with you is pointless. That's not science. Science is the scientific method. Footage from space is also an appeal to authority fallacy, since the rest of us don't have access to verify for ourselves. This is what it's all about, what we can verify for ourselves if what we're told is true or not. Surely if the Earth was a ball there would be at least one non-fallacious argument to back it up.

I'll make this easy for everyone, show me the science that proves the shape of the Earth. Spoilering that mess was a good idea, lol.
And why should anyone do that? You know you'll just trot out some ''disproof' video or diagram as an excuse to reject it.
Also, as others have noted, repeatedly, you have the burden of proof, and science does not work with proof, it works with evidence and coming to the most likely cause of an observable fact.
What people have been indoctrinated to believe science is, is pseudoscience in science clothing. Yes, pseudoscience can't prove anything, but science, science can. Not the one making a claim, to me Earth is obviously and observably flat. That's the neutral starting ground position without any presuppositions. And there is no logical thought process that would lead me to believe otherwise.

In that spirit, I wonder, what is the FE people's stance on the holographic principle? I mean, after all, the hypothesis there is that the entire universe is flat ... and I mean REALLY flat.
We are all just isomorphic holograms, bits of information on the universe's two-dimensional boundary. It doesn't get more flat than that.

Again, I don't assert anything, the world is obviously and observably flat. Do you honestly not see that as an assertion? It clearly is. You asserted, "the world is obviously and observably flat." That's an assertion. One you haven't supported at all. What evidence would convince you the world isn't flat? What are your falsification criteria?

The point is there are or could be other explanations. Why you can never start with your outcome. But that's exactly what you've done with your claim that the earth is flat. There could always be other explanations. No absolute certainty is ever available in any topic. If you're going to commit to this sort of skepticism, you need to discard all of your conclusions, not just the ones you don't prefer.

There's no logical arguments for the simulation idea. From what I've seen, that's actually a mainstream narrative and involves space and a universe, all of which flat Earthers don't believe in.

When water is heated (cause), the molecules move quickly, therefore the water boils (effect). First, that's not even always true. If the water is under pressure, it will not boil. Second, you've skipped enough parts to render the statement nearly tautological. What do you mean "heated"? That heat was added? How do you determine that? If it's by measuring temperature, then your reasoning is circular, because the moving molecules are themselves the evidence of heating. Boiling isn't molecular movement, though. Boiling is a change in phase. We also can't prove those two things are directly related. Maybe adding heat angers the water fairies, and they use their magic to help the water escape. If we could somehow remove the fairies, maybe the water wouldn't boil. But there's no way to know for sure.

Then that's a different cause, but because you can vary and manipulate heat, you can prove that heat is a cause for boiling water.

Footage from space is also an appeal to authority fallacy, since the rest of us don't have access to verify for ourselves. This is what it's all about, what we can verify for ourselves if what we're told is true or not. Surely if the Earth was a ball there would be at least one non-fallacious argument to back it up. Meaning, astronauts are all lying. I heard India is full of dark skinned people. Now, I haven't been to India. Photos and video of India fits in neatly with "an appeal to authority fallacy" since I can't afford to go there to verify it myself.
I have a poster on my wall from the 1932 Yankees World Series. It features a picture of the Yankees from back then. I have absolutely no way to verify that it's true. I can't trust pictures or videos and have no access to verify it.
I have a book called "The Lazarus Gate". It says it's written by someone named Mark A. Latham. I didn't watch this guy write the book. How do I know he really did?
All of these are as valid as your argument that footage from space doesn't count. Can't wait until Virgin Galactic really gets up and running. Now, I know their footage doesn't mean anything to you, either, but what happens when tourists start riding up into it-can't-be-space-because-space-is-fake? Are all the tourists going to be in on the conspiracy, too? Keep in mind that Virgin Galactic is a private enterprise
Now, let's take FE. Where are the pictures? Why has no one ever gone to the edge and looked over the side? Why do things fall when I drop them? Why are there hills and valleys?
