Your Last Solo in Whatever

Disappointed

Tried to solo plat again, with tried and true combo of Cerberus/White. Gave my darling Valkyrie my newly maxed Venom and let her loose. Derped hard on wave one, lost two gels. Pulled myself together, got 5WS thanks to w3 hack that I glitched and w6 pizzas that were conveniently close to EZ and then derped even harder on w8, when I suddenly lost my shit and wasted all the remaining four gels. I don't even know what happened, but I blame fucking primes... those cheating scumbags are even worse than phantoms.

Still... 26 minutes for seven waves aren't too shabby. RNG and favourable objectives allowing... I am remain cautiously optimistic that I can do it before long.

This one is for muahmuah , since I know how much he loves Venom and it was him that suggested this combo.

Yeah, I got ousted out of corner of win pretty soon at the start of the wave and things went downhill from there. As for my build, working from memory, it looks something like this. I usually run her with Raider, so I guess I can change 5B to 5A in this case. Otherwise tried and true build, as far as I'm concerned, but don't be afraid to share your wisdom with me

Valkyrie OP

I fired up a plat lobby, White/Cerb, going with the Venom Valkyrie. I started the game, but no one joined. I had a really good solo going until I got picked up by a Banshee midway through wave 9. With devices I was looking at somewhere in the 30-35 minute range, which is a very good time for me. She just murders everything, except those damn Atlases, so fast it's insane.

The strongest, sexiest asari by far, no competition, I says.

So yeah, my Hurrdurr GE run (walk?) from the last night. Noone joined my lobby so i just kept on going. Nothing fancy timewise yet felt rather good to complete considerin a no fitness build and use of low level consumables

Following the Laws of Average that means less devices for the rest of us, so thanks a lot doc 

On a serious note, if you could just once in a while get some decent objectives, a flawless is certainly obtainable

Yep, ladder got blocked by two seeker plagues and before I could clear them the phantroll was on me ... And for once I got W3 hack and W6 escort!

I'll give it a try Doc, especially as I like more GS than AC, so some wall-hacking might be in order.

Close, but no cigar as, due to impatience, I got cornered between the two Praetorians! And ofc muahmuah was right again, it's a lot easier with AP...

Having recently successfully applied the keybinding-fix to my Talon Merc, I put him through his paces on what I thought would be a gentle U/Firebase White/Silver solo. I drew Collectors, and blooming heck! I swear the match turned out to be as tricky as some of those Prestacious' Challenges on hardcore that I've completed. Between the bothersome Seeker Swarms, the Possessed Captains (they took as many AP Arrows to kill as a Scion - 3) and the fact that my choice of the Scorpion (with Pistol Power Magnifier and Pistol Melee Stunner) seemed rather ineffective, I had something of an unexpectedly ferocious fight on my hands. Still, all's well that ends well: I extracted, albeit bloodied in a tad under 28 mins after getting Pizza Delivery/Escort/Hack. .

So, is it just scrubby old me, or can the Collectors against the Talon Merc (full melee spec (i.e. no health) and no concussive arrows) on a Firebase White, Silver solo prove to be a bit of a handful?
