I liked it aswell. I didn't had a problem with the spare ammo there, though. Thenever I had to run for ammo, I mostly wanted to change position anyway and for the rest I had enouth TCPs to use. So that worked out quite nicely.

A fitting ending, considering that I couldn't get a 3 Wave Survived Medal for that run anymore.
The next attempt gave a 5 Waves Survived Medal and a 3 Wave Survived Medal later on top.

Next Goal: Finally figure out how the Venom works best... Maybe I can start to like it then.

Yes I really went through 3 Medigels in Wave 1 At least 3 Medigels were all I needed for the rest of the game. So I can put this nade-launcher aside for a while and use a proper shotgun for the next one.




No, I don't like it (yet), because I never could make it work for me before. After this solo I understand the Venom better. And I will try it a few times more in the near future. Its inabilty to score headshots will always be a downside in my mind, though. But it is a powerfull weapon in the right hands and, I guess, even a fun one. . Maybe I learn enouth to like it then.

Try Venom on Krogan Soldier.

I never loved it until I did. I learned to use it on a class with no weapon skills to speak of, loved it, and then saw how great it could be on all the kits and absurd on weapons classes.

On KSol, just cheese it with Incendiary Ammo and a full power build. I go 66653 with this arrangement. Bring a HVB Hurricane for bosses if you like. Watch the world burn

Wave 9, halfway through, Gold Reapers Justicar White. Flawless.

Wife comes into office and waves at me, which is normal MO for us when I have the headset on - I am usually pugging so who cares if I die?

Edit: blew flawless this time in wave 7 being an absolute idiot (I had been flirting with deathgate the entire game). Marginal improvement, 32:05, will try again after my chiropractor twists me back into my proper form.

Edit: so, I got another Wave 9 flawless and derp, I think I will give up on that for now and refocus on the Justicar Plat.

Anyways, I needed to cleanse my palate. Ran a 10WS, no expendables used except my 9 AC rockets It was a very angry Krogan Reegar solo, 19:33.

Pizza Escort Escort, used AC and only uses 6 rockets, 2 of them for survival (derp) and 1 for a spawn kill after an objective I think; have to watch the video I guess. With GS may have been a better run.

Got tired of failing, wanted success, cheez was the answer. Only my second successful Plat solo, both with CheezGuard, but hey I'll take a victory against those Praetorian scum.

I understand now why White appeals to soloists, it has easy paths.

Because they are cheap and hard, and I hadn't completed a Plat solo against them before.

I didn't want to make it too easy on myself, I was already using the Reegar.

Many lessons learned, I will get the Justicar one done... I am not going to become a great soloer, but I am going to complete more of them!

Wave 10, White Cerberus Platinum, Escort fail. Started at the very bottom of the map in the little cul de sac, everything spawned down low. Should have played Pied Piper, and led them away first, but decided a rocket was a better course of action.

Great plan, killstreak! Somehow missed a Phantom right behind the blast, and she stabbed me well and good.
