You can't stop her, you can only hope to contain her.

Do it pug style by trying to stop her on flat ground with the Krolord, considering how many times I've seen pugs trying to use that method I'm figuring it have to work sometime.

What happens when you press alt+F4 Robocop? Does a bomb go off? Something else? 

I tried giving them sweet love multiple times but they always leave me sucked dry and move on. Bitches.

Offer them a meat donut, the thrust of their hand directly into your midsection always appeases their vile tempers for at least 4 seconds.

There's a few ways to make her drop once she's picked someone up.
1)High spike damage over a short period of time; you can stack a thermal clip in there to increase your damage and possibly save a teammate.
2)Suffient force will also stagger her. Powers with hellacious force like biotic sphere will sometimes stagger her.
3)Know her two phases and how to use them against her, 1)ranged- biotic snowball, hand of denial, nova phase. She blocks projectile powers sometimes with the hand of denial, Novas anything within Melee range, throws biotic snowballs at anything out of range. With sufficient piercing she can take more damage during this phase. 2)psycho stalker bitch mode or as I like to call it ex-wife mode where she will track your ass down and rip your testicles out through your chest cavity. She'll have a glowy aura around her and a hungry look in her eyes. You can use ramps or grades to keep her from syncing with your position to instakill you, ladders are good as well as long as you're a little way away from the bottom of the ladder. Believe me they do jump down occasionally. You can time her jumps and run past if you just have to or sometimes dodge past her on host; mileage may vary with that one depending on the dodge and latency.
4)Learning to quick swap to the cobra is a good skill as well. I believe there was a video of this by someone. No idea if it's referenced or not in the library.

I guess that's most of it. Weak point is the dome but the belly is a lot easier to hit especially if you have some bullet spread with shotguns or automatics.

Running away while kiting them to your ream mates works best. Then either let them deal with it or better yet they get grabbed because they didn't realise it was there.
