Vanguard suggested build for ME1?

Are you playing a fresh start game or a new game plus because if it's a fresh start game, you need 244 paragon points to unlock the 11th and 12th slot to be able to get your charm points to 12 in order to talk Jeong down.  While I don't think it's not impossible to accumulate that many points using only Noveria and all the available UNC and Citadel assignments, there really isn't much margin for missing out on any of those available points.  I'd have to do an actual breakdown to be absolutely sure since I don't usually play anywhere close to a pure paragon PC and it has been awhile since I've played ME1 at all... so I'll get back to you with the actual maximum paragon points you can get with just doing Noveria and without BDtS.

ETA:  OK, by the numbers, it's not a tight as I was thinking.  The absolute maximum number of paragon points you can acquire in ME1 with only doing Noveria is 337, with 72 of those points being tied to 3 key decision on Noveria:  1) Charming Lorik Qui'in (24 pts); 2) Making the Cure (24 pts); & 3) Saving Rachni Queen (24 pots).  Your background is worth a maximum of 20 paragon points (if you are a Spacer War Hero).  You must invest 7 level up points into Charm.

There are a further 40 paragon points available on Feros itself before you encounter Jeong, but even if you've filled 10 charm to that point, you'll still have to make sure you have 1 level up point to invest in charm available to fill the 12th slot (11th with fill with a free point).
