You just don't have the balls for it. as i said, an duel would be more relevant in an PVP game here, it's an coop PVE game, and some actions that may be usefull against the ennemies don't increase your score. about the balls for your thunderdome, i know by advance that i would loose, (because i never been very good in ME3MP, and i don't find the methods and weapons used by good player satisfyind to use. i m more the kind of guy who love to use an argus with an turian sentinel, on an full tanky build) but i don't feel any shame admitting that, since being mediocre un ME3MP doesn't lower my value outside of the game (so, my value on other games + irl) Those who dont try always lose. Grow a quad already!

Even if you reject the PvP aspect of Thunderdome and embrace the hippie tree-hugging co-op game, the Thunderdome setup is still how your measure you co-op e-peen.
Obligatory braggadocio: it was lost in the old BSN, but one time hoooolie and I did a Thunderdome as Voluses with the goal of not using Ops nor Gels. We... were not entirely successful (I had to Ops twice and Gel once, hoooooooolie I think had to Ops once), but we did feel our e-peens grow mighty large after that match.

The pro-way of doing it is to intentionally die in the middle of a massive spawn. Then, use a gel, and nuke that spawn to boost you score. And later say it's a manifestation of bundled-up rage or the game threw some BS at you. Gotta outscore at any cost.

but i don't feel any shame admitting that, since being mediocre un ME3MP doesn't lower my value outside of the game (so, my value on other games + irl) I know just how you feel. I've always been an average player myself at ME3 MP. Whenever I did a Platinum Solo with 10 waves survived I always felt like I could have done so much better. We mediocre players have to stick together and support each other!

ME3MP IS a PvP game. The enemies you fight in the game such as reapers, collectors, geth, and cerberus are a mere distraction. Your fellow players (including PUGs) are the real enemy. Have to outscore them at any costs. The mission successful at the end is only true IF you top the scoreboard. Otherwise, it's just a smokescreen designed to make you feel good about yourself. Like those second-place trophies handed out to kids to make them feel good. Similarly, if you don't blow up your fellow players competitors with abombs, don't kite banshees and praetorians towards them, or don't cook them in reactor, or not spawn nuking (especially on wave 11) to top the scoreboard, are you REALLY even playing the game? This post made more sense than anything I've read in my entire life!

Only with ME3 I learned how to properly tea-bag. I've since used that in many other games to great success.
