I mean I guess if Jugger Nuggss is playing his Volus Vanguard I could see where it might come in handy.

Perfect on the volus vanguard when you have a leecher. That's about the only use for it I've found. Possessed abomb mode with the thing could be fun as fuck on PC for trolling. 😂😂😂

Basically when the Team Leader instructs everyone to follow him to the dead end hallway up on the topside corner of Glacier then puts his Extra Bigass Hex Shield (brought to you by Carl's Jr) in the front doorway so you can't shoot anything but enemies come in anyway while the Team Leader is busy Heavy Melee a Husk and the Phantoms are going to town making everyone dead then you would hit that and revive everybody including yourself but outside of that I really don't see much use for it it's like "Take this if you can tell ahead of time that the team is going to suck" well if that's the case then I just leave instead

Apparently I need to L2Read. I can't speak for the Melgel transmittee, but the few times I have equipped the medigel transmitter I have used it at least once during the match. Possibly due to my unfortunate habit of running to the revive pile and dying on top of it.

The one time it came in extremely handy was a terrible extraction on Condor where I converted an impending team wipe to a full extraction in the last few seconds , but most of the time it's not that useful.
