 For those wondering about the above image. It's from Eden Prime. Before activating the beacon, head to the left of it towards the railing. A cutscene will happen showing the spot Sovereign was at and the damage the reaper caused. Both A/K will make a comment.

I like how they added some rubble to make it look like there was something there. If memory serves, it used to just be a scorched field of nothing.
