yeah I noticed this yesterda ywhen I was creating my first Shep yesterday as I intended to go with Blonde hair. I ended up going with a light brown which kind of looks like a dark blonde in some lighting in the game. I still think my Shep is pretty even if it wasn't quite what I expected or planned

The hair colors come from ME3, and ME3 didn't offer proper blonde. It's a shame, because ME2 did it well. In ME3, though, blonde hair just looked like a yellow helmet.

Sadly, it's yellow helmets for MELE.

Yeah its based on hair style, if you had the same color and cycled to different hair styles it would shift to brown. Some weird lighting effect.

Unfortunately you may be right. Still, Tali fans complained loud enough to be heard on Mars and beyond, and got what the wanted. It can’t hurt to let the Devs know we are not happy campers too. At worst we’ll be ignored.

Yeah I think it migh t be a lighting issue as my Shep looks kind of blonde in some lighting like the scene here wher I took this picture on the planet Chasca where she was doing a mission.
