Throw and Pull are noticeably bugged in Legendary. Enemies that have recently lost protection (putting them on partial red health) are often not ragdolled by Throw or Pull. The animation looks like they still have protection. If you hit them again, they ragdoll. Very annoying! I just noticed that, in ME3, Tali's hacking has been working differently than before (appears to be bugged as well). I've been using it on the geth dreadnought and the targeted geth have been ragdolling instead of reacting to the hack about 25% of the time. Also, there have been times where they take the hack and just stand in place (i.e. not turning on any of the geth that are close to them... until I target one of those other geth. Then, and only then, they'll go on the offensive. It has made the hacking in that game seem much less effective than before.

This would happen in the original ME2 as well. Sometimes, yes. But the frequency seems really a lot higher now.

I just ran through the collector ship mission dozens of times with a Adept, just to get a sense of how badly bugged Stasis is. Notes:
1) You can still 1-shot the first Scion on the moving platform by putting it in stasis just before the platform moves out from under it.
2) You can no longer 1-shot the second Scion as the platform approaches. It is never considered out of play after being displaced, so always falls back onto the platform.
3) About ⅓ of the time, the second scion becomes disabled indefinitely after recovering from stasis. It either just stands there doing nothing, or stays in a clump on the ground.
4) The bonus damage glitch is gone. You can no longer kill the scion in one shot after stasis breaks.

It has nothing to do with Stasis. The real issue: the range of power auto-targetting for all power has been shortened. I've noticed this in several places on missions where I typically had to wait until distant enemies came in range to target them. Now they must be much closer to become highlighted as targetable. Examples where I have specifically seen this effect: • DCS mission: 2nd Scion on moving platforms as it approaches. • DCS mission: Praetorian, husks entering at the far end of the room. • Thane recruitment mission: enemies at far end of hallways.
