Yes. The reason why the car will be in ME4 is because there will be side mission involving Shepard taking some r&r away from everything. It will involve a scene where he/she will drive the car, aka Nomad, with the player controlling the vehicle.
The player will have the option of having the car with a t-top, sunroof or top down.
Where is Ryder? The duck is at your local park in the pond being fed breadcrumbs by passerby's.

I think they should actually find the bits and pieces of the SR1 and use them to make a Sooper Dooper SR3 that gets to Andromeda before the AI. They're just hanging out in another cluster which is fine because the one in MEA is about the size of the Milky Way. It's like a third galaxy.

The Heleus Cluster is nowhere near the size of the Milky Way. It’s the same size as most star clusters.
