Yes I have one, the Renault Zoe is quite cheap in France (well cheap compared to other electric cars, should be cheaper on paper imo). It s really a good and nice to drive car. Bought it mainly to reduce carbon emissions and seems a good deal with nuclear electricity here (2 years and 20 000 km, i think I still have a negative net impact quick check and the cut is around 15 000 km in france) Seems dumb if living in Germany or Poland. Now I m trying to let go (sell) the other car but I haven't found the resolution yet. I would need another one anyway, was thinking the very light 1-2 seat minicar. Only thing I m pissed of with is the tires being dead already.
Do you enjoy traveling very light (few couple kg) or do you prefer being well equipped?

Definitely well equipped. Seriously though, I tend to overpack, I like redundancy, like the saying goes - One is none and two is one. If you live by that saying things get heavy quickly. Also expensive and in relationships, complicated. Do you have a favorite moon, or planet other than earth?

Mars. But I still wouldn't want to go there. It's a very long journey. It's very cold and dark. There is no air and no water or food. There's no one to call on for help, and it's very far from home.
Do you often use throw-away items, like plastic cups, Bic pens, etc, or have you organized your life around solid and endurable things?

Do you have any preference/favorite when it comes to what cub or glass to drink your favorite beverage from?

I rarely use anything else than a single blue ceramic mug (named "my blue mug"). My coffee and tea goes into it, and so does Coke, juice, cocoa, yoghurt,.. occasionally even beer, though I mostly drink from the bottle (that's how I think it tastes the best) or can (will admittedly taste better in a glass, but I'm lazy).
Now, wine, dinner beer, cognac, Islay Single Malt, Famous Grouse, rum, I all drink from glasses. Proper glasses, but no favorite glass. ...Actually, I think I'll have a small VSOP Cognac right now...
...There, <back> where were we? Yea, do you like eating raw, crispy carrots?

Do. Or do not. There is no try.
Do you think EVGA divorcing Nvidia is going to cause long-term problems for the Consumer or the PC Industry in general (whether or not you buy EVGA yourself or not)? I'm speaking in terms of the larger business market.

It is certainly troubling, to see a big player like Evga quit. What does it mean in the long run? Difficult to say, but it's not a welcome development.
Do you think we are ever going to get out of this mess we are currently in?

Yes, but there is always bigger messes to get into. And humans being far stupider than I thought possible only a few years ago will surely find that trouble.

yes ! we got it in 2015, its simple one but milling (is it the right verb ?) beans. I have spent and I m spending a lot of time on it to make it work, changing o_rings, cleaning stuff, it s bugging a lot lately. Feels like I m stupid and should buy a new one, but cant help it . I m unsure about buying the couple O-ring again though, shouldn't have to after a few months, but the size is not good, i guess, i have been played by the reseller Do you drink bottled water ? Is tap water bad where you live ? (I use a commercial filtering cartridge stuff here to have tap water ok tasting especially for coffee and tea)

"Drink"? "Water"? Does two cups of coffee in the morning count? I think there's water in it. For the sake of the potassium, I also drink a mug of orange juice now. And yes, I have a kidney stone and have a hard time changing habits. ...But thanks for reminding me. (You "grind" coffee, btw. Don't know why, the process seem more like milling.) Do you like spices, i.e. use a lot of them and many different in your cooking?

(cue the Kool-Aid guy) Oh yeah ...
Unlike Sasha, I have a horrible, bad, no-good sense of smell.
Which means I have a horrible, bad, no-good sense of taste.
Spices, hot peppers, anything BOLD (not necessarily hot) gets tossed into the mix, so foods taste like something other than carboard to me.
French cuisine, fine wines, elegant concoctions that have a subtle, nuanced taste?
Fuhgeddaboudit.
Go bold or go home.
Do you ever have trouble finishing the last 10% of a project, even if all the hard parts are already complete?

No, not really...because I rarely take on projects of any kind. Dio you suffer from allergies of any kind? yes, since my years in geneva, i have trouble with spring pollens. But that s disappearing more every year, and it s kind of cool do detect the nature rising again in february as i m now sensible to the first ones (Hazel here and another one i forgot)
Do you leave in contact with animals ? ones that see the outside world ?

Hot showers (with actually good water pressure). We live only about 2 KM away from the shores of Lake Ontario and have always had excellent water pressure. In fact the overall quality of our water is among the very best in the GTA because it is tested, re-tested and treated then purified multiple times a day. In contrast, where my grandmother lives about an hour north of Toronto, she has well water. The taste is awful, and when showering the pressure is like *drip...drip* and after a shower my skin itches like crazy.
Do you think consumer TV technology (in terms of screen size) will ever get to be as big as a Cineplex screen?

Oh yes I do. I've been told that I make a ton of noises all the time, like grunting, sniffing and sighing. Sitting down, getting up, lifting stuff around. Someone said I make more noises than I speak words and often give them the impression I am constantly in pain (which I am most definitely not, at least physically). But I don't notice any of that.
Do you have any weird habits you don't notice yourself?

No. It's not so bad. ...Yet.
I usually worry a lot about forgetting the one crucial thing I was supposed to get, when I shop groceries. But as I write this, I realize that hasn't happened either, for almost a year, so I'm okay there too.
So do you find studying to be quite enjoyable, now in your mature age? And kick yourself for not appreciating it when you were young? (But let's face it, our brains were different then and only interested in sport, group status, and sex.)

I had few top notch physics teachers (among other bad ones but still great content). Though i still have big trouble studying on my own especially for work (i m an assistant professor) Did you like being in class at some point ?
