Please not a nug. I actually don't find them particularly cute even if Leliana does. Say what now??

Seriously though, I wouldn't say no to a Nug or possibly another exotic pet. Please not a nug. I actually don't find them particularly cute even if Leliana does. At least let them be in different colours and not always hairless. People think of pigs as pink but that is only the factory farmed variety, which are preferred that colour because dark colours have similarly dark crackling and tend to have thicker hair, which is impractical and may cause them to overheat in crowded conditions. Those thin haired pink pigs do not do so well when kept in natural conditions outdoors. To be honest, whilst I understand the pale colour because they live underground, I really don't understand how nugs survive down there. What do they eat? WoT says insects and worms (which would tend to be nearer the surface), limestone and metals!? They have to have been one of Ghilan'nain's creations if that is the case because no way they developed that range of diet naturally. Wouldn't want to keep one in the Lighthouse as who knows what it might chew up while we are absent. I'm still happy with having Assan as a creature we can pet but if we want another exotic animal then there must be a variety of natural and mythical creatures that we could choose from. On the whole it needs to be something small and non-aggressive, like a fennec fox but in view of previous discussions, what about a tame bear or a giant panda? As I've previously suggested, I'd love a bird of some sort, preferably an intelligent one. A parrot could be hilarious as it could pick up words from our conversations. My grandmother had a parrot and my mum told me how it learned swear words from her brother, particularly his comments about one of their neighbours. After the old lady died, the neighbour adopted the parrot and mum could only imagine what the parrot had to say about that! A parrot would be very useful to discover what people back at base say about Rook or others in our absence. "Ark, sexy Rook." "Ark, ark, Solas is a dick!"
I would pay good money for that parrot. I could also see Sera teaching it fun things to say. Sure that someone in the new crew could devote time and energy into making the parrot a winged spreader of gossip.

It's been several years since I last played Andromeda. I vaguely remember something about a pyjak on the Tempest, but does Ryder actually "adopt" it or does it just pop up in various locations on the ship?

I second hoping that if we get a pet that it's not a nug. I hate those buggers.

It's some kind of lost shipment, I think. Ryder picks it up on the Nexus and then it pops up in various areas of the ship. The crew comment on it as well when you interact with it. As for a pet, you can set a humane trap for a stowaway cereal-stealing critter and get one that way.

There are two pets you can get in Mass Effect Andromeda. These space animals can live aboard the Tempest, making it a more colorful place. The Pyjak monkey is available as a paid add-on (part of a special edition of the game), while the space hamster is obtainable through a quest. I did not know about the pyjak since I never got the add- on.

First i doubt if we are getting a pet or something like that that this would be in the standard version of the game. So this would be more for the Dragon Age: The Veilguard Deluxe Edition. And second maybe Davrin baby griffon is all we get as a pet?
But lets say there is something like the Andromeda Pyjak or Mass Effect 3 Sophie (KEI-9 from the N7 CE Pack) what could it be? Well a cute nug would be nice. Its complete useless but again its cute.
I want the War Nuggalope I spent all those sovereigns on.

Male or female? Definitely fan of the Origins/2 variety. For me the Desire Demons should be in androgynies, only take female or male form depending on person they are trying to seduce. Dorian does state if you bring him in the Fade that the last time he was there and met a desire demon and he uses male pronouns to describe the demon. Because the demon was trying to sexually seduce him, and Dorian is a gay man a female desire demon wouldn't work. Desires that are not sexually like the woman who had Sebastion's family murdered so they could be royalty instead of mere nobility that is where I think the Desire Demon should look more sexually androgynes attractive (like Desire from The Sandman comic and TV show).

The Petguard? I've floated the idea of a Pet Avengers DLC on Twitter a few times. Seriously though, I wouldn't say no to a Nug or possibly another exotic pet. Doesn't the giffion count as a pet.

Well ewdo have a Griffon thanks t oDavrin. How useful the Griffon is though is anothe rquestion. There'salways a possibilit y ewmight get one we jus tdon' tknow abou tit ye t as bo ththe Warden and Hawke had Mabari as pets I don´t talking about combat pets. Using the Pyjak in Andromeda combat scenarios would have been a terrible idea. Might hav emad ea decent alternative t oa concussivs shot if the Pyjak tripped them up.

We have a Baby Gryphon. I'm sure Davrin's going to be taking care of it outside of our missions.

We had a pet Nug for a short period of time in DAO. They are small and squeaky so bioware could have a lot of fun with that.
