I gots into the beeta test! I didn't know what class thingy to pick so I picked a guy that looked kool. He gots a big helmet and cool red armor on him. I hads to choose a weapon so I picked a Sauilt rifle named Avenger 1 cause it looked cool and could shoot fast.

I gots into a game with three other guys lol, some of them looked kinda dumb. One guy went invisible at times! Anudder had a big hammer thing and smashed things wid it. I want to get a hammer next game so I can do that.

One guy kept grabbing the enemies guyz call rayders and he kept throwing them at me, lol I kept getting shot by the bad guys a lot and died lots. sometimes my the other giyz I was playing wid would raise me and udder times they's just pretetnd to over and over again. lol.

It was a long game, lotsa what they call waves and then thete was this big rock monster at the end! He kilt me with one hit! lol!!!

We done finished the game, I was the only one that kept fighting the other guys ran back to the start place for some reason. I gots 5027 cradits an gained tree levels! lol I dunno what it means to gain levels yet but I tink it has sumpoin to so with new powers n stuff.

I then bought a ting called a beginner pack. An gots a Cryo ammo 1, a heal pack an a new weapon! It was called a Sureitcan 1 it is pistol I think.

It's reel fun though guyz! I'm gonna go an play anuuder match now, I want to use the big hammer and the big far krogan guy! lol

Just watch as we get beta invites a week or two before the actual release.

Figured I'd come back since I heard similar things from a friend of mine today. He didn't say if he played it or not, but he said some private tests "were happening".

If I had to guess I'd say there was no actual beta test involving the Beacon signups. Most likely because they didn't have the time to properly prepare it this close to release. Which I'm fine with - I'd rather have them spend any dev time on bug fixing than a beta test that would've mostly involved balance feedback and maybe a couple bug reports that wouldn't have been resolved before release anyway.

Still pretty bad communication on their part. If you tell people to sign up somewhere to be able to have an earlier look at MP you either go through with it or tell them it's off...

Will be interesting to see how the community can communicate bugs and exploits that are found to bioware. With no bioware boards it will be fun to see some game breaking bug like the no key bug in daimp ramble on for days or weeks and then bioware saying ? "Wut? we didn't know about that, can you repeated it and tell us all the thins you did before hand?"

Still not buying it.

There's always the EA Answers site for actual tech support and bug reporting.  IIRC they'd already moved that part of the BSN to the EA Answers site long before closing the forums.  I know it's not ideal but it's still way better than thinking we'll only have Twitter/Facebook for troubleshooting.
