Could someone tell me who Dr.Lexi is? I keep seeing the name mentioned and I have no idea who it is. If I recall, it was mentioned on some podcast (not sure which one, sorry) that there would be an asari called Dr. Lexi on the Hyperion who helps us out at the beginning of the game (if anyone can elaborate or correct me on this please do). In the N7 2016 trailer there's a brief glimpse of an asari in a scientist outfit in what looks like a clinic. It's presumed that that is Dr. Lexi. It's also presumed (I believe it's just a guess at this point?) she might become our doctor on the Tempest as well.

I wonder why they didn't announce the voice-actress (actor!?) for Vetra yet...
For Cora and Liam is most probably, because their appearence is modeled after the actual look of their voice actors, but Vetra? I wonder what was the reason they are still holding onto this information, could be they still didn't record dialogue for her yet? Seems improbable at this stage of developement...
Maybe its meant to be a big surprise?

Qunari grew horns, eyebrows are a minor matter Qunari weren't noticeably different from from humans until the horns and stone colored skin were given to them in DA2. Asari were already unique. The addition of eyebrows is an attempt to make them look even more human than they already do which is absolutely unnecessary.

Asari are various shades of blue and purple skinned humanoid women with tentacle head ridges and a lack of eyebrows and outer ears. That's obviously different from humans. The addition of eyebrows to what is already perfection only mars their exotic celestial beauty and makes them look absolutely ridiculous.

Qunari weren't noticeably different from from humans until the horns and stone colored skin were given to them in DA2. The Qunari in Origins still had grey or dark bronze skin tones. Personally, I've always considered Sten to be purple-grey, not bronze... although this might be similar to that blue-black / white-gold dress meme, where perception of colour can slightly alter between people. For instance, I've always seen that dress as white-gold, it has never looked blue-black to me whatsoever, even though that apparently is the actual colour.

I thought the qunari looked like fairly standard humanoids in DAO. Bigger and whiter, with ridges or something on the forehead but nothing major. In DA2 I made some assumption that there were different types of qunari. Just as humans have varying skin tones, maybe qunari can also vary in appearance. Or maybe horns were an age thing. Without going to qunari territory it's hard to say.

IIRC, the official explanation is that they'd wanted the qunari to have horns all along, but didn't have the bandwidth to create a unique body model and armor meshes just for Sten in DAO. It makes sense since darkspawn ogres have always had horns, and they come from qunari broodmothers (genlock are dwarves, hurlock human, shrieks elven). Note that the qunari weren't the only redesigns between DAO -> DA2. Flemeth and the darkspawn in general have also been redesigned since DAO.

Flemeth at last can be excused because she's a shape-changer. There have been plenty of complaints about how silly later iterations of darkspawn have looked.

I wonder why they hold on with reveling Vetra's voice actor for so long... Any theories? Liam and Cora might have lookalike of their voice actors, so its kinda reasonable to keep it secrect for a lil' while more. But Vetra? Obivously a turian isn't doing the voice acting so... why keep it secret?

So, Scott is the younger of the two. Not necessarily. They're just playing up a joke Fryda's been making in some of her interviews. The actors are long-time friends who ended up in these roles purely be coincidence. The video shouldn't be taken as proof of anything that's in the game. If any of the newbies out there are curious, there's a joint interview with the two actors that came out a couple weeks ago that's definitely worth a listen!

Hm...
I... find myself really not interested in any of the supporting cast. Admittedly we know next to nothing about them, but I'm not stricken by what we've seen. This could be the first BioWare game I go without romance.
When it comes to "bro" characters I find myself spoiled by the ghosts of bro past. How is anyone going to measure up against Garrus or Varric? Might be a nice change of pace if this game's best "bro" was actually female. I mean, there has been plenty of interesting female characters in the past, but none that made me really say "Yes, we must be friends no matter what!".

To my untrained eye, neither does Scott. I always thought he looked a lot like the voice actor, and I don't see the resemblance to the male model there. But I will customize Ryders' looks in my games regardless

Sara doesn't even look like her face model. Yeah. Before the face model reveal. I thought Sara looked a bit like Fryda. When I say "bit" Sara's nose looks similar to Fryda's.

I imagine the discrepancies between the face model and the game representation are equal parts intentional, and a limitation of the engine. The face model shots we have are clearly professionally done, and intended to show that human being at their optimal level of attractiveness. The right lighting, makeup, angles, etc.
Sara and Scott aren't meant to actually be supermodels, like their inspirations. They're meant to be real people who just happen to be above average in attractiveness (depending on your tastes, I guess). The game character shots are also meant to be "in action" and aren't posed studio photos.

I thought both faces were a motion capture from the voice actors, and I still see closer resemblance to the VAs than to the pics of the models, in how brows are shaped, the mouth and the nose. Overall, I will be way too uncomfortable to play with a character that looks like any real person. Hence, customization for me, for sure!
