Well if I get Andromeda, I'll be sure to spam the hell out of the hd flames just because you know, reasons. Reasons and delicious cheese waffles.

I'd have it start at 2 with a max of 5 or 6 depending on the weapon. Imagine the possibilities!

5 Hydras
6 Arc Projectors
6 M-77 Missile Launchers
4 M-90 Blackstorm
2 Reaper Blackstars

Blackstar/Cain would kill all enemies currently alive .
Cobra works the same.
M-77 Locks on but with smaller radius than Cobra.
Hydra locks onto multiple targets.
Arc Projector deals damage to any enemy within 3 meters of another.
Blackstar works the same as ME2 but has extreme damage output from explosion.
M-622 Avalanche snap freezes all the things down to 5 HP for a limited time (say 5s).

I would be fine with flamer if only hunter mode and geth scanner allowed me to see through flames but nope.

Way better to be a power caster than a javelin sniper trying to snipe in the dark or in this case snipe through the flames.

I can't even imagine how powerful a SP characters flamer would be. If Andromeda follows suit with the main character being as strong as shepard was in the trilogy, you'll be able to take down a shielded atlas with one cast.
