I've done a few speedruns. I did one on insanity mode using no weapons, but only a sword. Took about 4 hours. Not bad on the ps4.

Done! My speed run took me a little bit over 8 hours  Felt pretty badass playing on narrative, just owning everything. Dunn died, but getting the other Pathfinders would have put another 2-3 hours at least on the game. Also driving around on Voeld for Cora's LM without having the fast travel station active did not sound like fun. Sorry Capt. Dunn!  How did you like the Suvi romance? |

Very sweet, but too short sadly, like so many other romances in this game. |

Well, I bet there were lots of people that boycotted or shit talked the game because of ME3 ending, but I think the majority has gotten over it and either bought it or at least informed themselves before deciding to buy or pass. As much as I love BW and Andromeda I can't say that they were completely innocent in all of it. I don't know what they were thinking with that marketing, it seemed like BW and the marketing team for ME:A weren't even on the same page or didn't communicate. Just to use the LI's for an example. Dev's said they don't want to reveal the options, which I think would have been fine, but then the Scott trailer came out with Cora's LI scene in it and then shit blew up. Is EA to blame for wanting it to come out in March? Maybe? We don't know if they would have given more time or if it was rushed. It had 5 years! I honestly expected more for that time and I love the game. I do hope that BW goes back to making games that they want to make, without pressure to please that group of fans or the other. Will someone be pissed about it? Yes, I'm sure. But I don't think you can please everyone. |

People wanted a more open world after DA2, then bitched DAI was too open. People wanted ME3 to have a happy ending, then bitched MEA was too happy. BioWare tends to go to extremes though. People wanted Mako improved and first we got no vehicle at all in ME2, until Firewalker (was it?) and that thing was the total opposite of the Mako. Or the mess they called an inventory in ME:1 and instead of improving on it, we didn't get any in ME:2. |

I was on the old BSN when ME3 was in development and I remember one of the Devs (I don't remember who) saying that ME3 is the darkest part of the MET, that the whole story is more dark than before and from that moment I knew my Shepard wasn't going to have a happy ending. I went in that game knowing that she wouldn't survive and really the only thing that upset me a bit was how the Normandy crashed on some unknown planet and no way back. That was fixed after the EC came out and now I'm fine with the game. I personally go for high EMS Destroy and even after getting the breath scene and no one can stop me from head canoning that she gets rescued, but the chances of that happening aren't that good, lol. |

One of the big points of living is to learn and grow from our experiences so we don't repeat mistakes and can come into new situations with a better understanding of how to deal with them. My sincere hope is that some mistakes and comments were just a product of their time and there has been growth and understanding of the new societal landscape. And the need for good solid writing passes.
I wasn't all that fond of how MET wrapped up, but times and people change. We can hopefully only go up from here.
Going to miss Aaryn though. :/
