Why don't somebody ask on Twitter if Liam is a romance option as well? In the worst case, Tom does not answer.  and no, I don't have Twitter, otherwise I'd ask. I asked him on Twitter if Liam can be romanced by Scott as well. He was unable to answer, but did reply saying that he guarantees '#PrettySweetBanging' Who knows? Just wish they'd let us know. Now we know what they look like, is it really hurting anyone by letting us know which LI are available? |

So even though Tom couldn't explicitly say whether or not Scott and Liam can get together, he did say that the game will have some great... um, sex? I think he means romance. Or maybe he does mean sex. I got the sense he said this as, there will be great romances for Scott regardless of Liam not being a LI for him, but this is just me being overly speculative on this topic as per usz. |

But reading this I don't get the feeling it is necessarily meant that Liam is not available to Scott. I believe that this is just a standard answer. If you can not give the information people are asking for, it is always positive if you say at least something to the overall topic. I don't think Tom wanted to give us a clue. |

But I think "deep bromance" is a hint of the voice actor that he's not romanceable but has a great friendship arc. I think Liam was conceived as a bromance for Scott and a romance for Sara since the beginning. I guess, Scott gets Reyes instead... Can anyone place Liam's accent? I couldn't really hear enough of him speaking to work out what country the voice actor could be from. Some of the early lines in the trailer sounded kinda Australian, but then the last few sounded more generic English. Anyone have any ideas? From the couple of lines I heard, it sounds like a London accent. Possibly South London. |

Alright, some romance speculation time! I love that little shoulder punch thing he does with Scott. Hope he has the same type of bromance-style friendship (is it still a 'bromance' if it's with a girl but totally platonic?) with Sara regardless of whether it turns into something more... Though I would love to see that type of friendship become a romantic one, all slow-burn style. Dad strikes me as a bit of a renegade (between the AI research and the his not-exactly-military-issue look), so I wonder at his choice of someone as idealistic as Liam. I do find it interesting that he's hand picked by Papa Ryder for our team. There's even that shot of him beside Alec in the Initiative video at the end with the Tempest, which makes me think they're pretty close. Wonder if that'll complicate an emerging romance at all? Either in that there's tension over Dad's choosing Liam over us as third-in-command, or in that Liam might think twice before hopping in bed with Alec Ryder's kid...  |

I'm looking forward to getting to know Liam. His personality and such. It's hard this early on deciding if I'm going to like any of the characters. So far I've not had any reservations with them. I'm so looking forward to this game coming out. I like the look of Liam.
