For optimal team synergy, follow your teammates and only attack what they're trying to kill. This improves clear times and creates a supportive, relaxing environment.

Geth Scanner is the worst gear because it doesn't improve anything! Why would anyone want that?

When you think a teammate might die, stand behind them and use Flamer in the direction of the enemy that's shooting them to "firescreen" the enemy's vision of your vulnerable teammate, thus allowing your teammate to attack the threatening enemy with impunity.

Batarian Gauntlets were designed for Batarian use only, so unfortunately other classes can't equip this great item.

If you die away from an escort or outside a hack circle, the objective's progress actually speeds up!

If you're new to ME3 multiplayer, the first thing you want to do is max your Avenger. Then you'll be ready for Platinum and before you know it you     will have maxed your manifest.

If you see a teammate melee between waves, run away immediately! These are terrible people who have modded their games to initiate the hidden developer PVP Mode with anyone their melees touch.

ME3's scoring system is like golf's: the fewer points scored, the more impressive your run.

When playing a Volus class, the best time to use Shield Boost is between fights when your teammates are reloading to buff them for the next fight.

Biotic Charge is great off-host because the lag proportionally increases its force of impact, so always bring a vanguard when you think your host is on the other side of the world. Better safe than sorry!

Watch out for players with the Lone Wolf banner or the Best of the Best banner, which requires earning the Lone Wolf banner first. They have those banners because no one wanted to play with them. Draw your own conclusions.

Equip a weapon consumable for a weapon type you don't have equipped to show your teammates what a badass you are.

When in doubt while playing a Geth Juggernaut, just remember to press and hold your melee button.

Is this thread about unpopular opinions or just shitty advice to keep the noobs down and entrenched elite up?

Because while ctr2yellowbird's post was immensely funny... nothing about it was unpopular (as in hidden gems) of tactics/strategy except that following any of those tips will lead to instant kicks the next round or being thrashed by the enemy, by teammates or ideally, all of those things, in reverse order.

Or is it some inside-inside joke to the insiders here at BSN? Regardless... Wait, I guess me saying what I did above is unpopular? I hope you don't enjoy this post, because unpopular things are not supposed to become popular by voicing them. Reverse thinking. Keep the unpopular things to oneself, hoard them. No one must benefit.

Anyways, I was about to say that an Avenger can be used with a human Adept on Gold if you're facing Reapers, but that's actually sound advice to someone who knows how to play the class, but doesn't have the means other than ammo, amps and armor gear no bonus gear. Reapers don't have many units that can dodge or ones that require a stagger to effectively use powers against. Plus the Singularity+Shockwave+Warp combo that gives you 2 explosions is so much win, that even an Avenger can do wonders. Seriously.
