Maybe. The observation still stands though. The individual may be left handed. 

Possible. Won't know until the game is played or Bioware mentions there is no left handed character. Either way, its something I noticed.

Ohh, the Avenger and the Predator... I'm home!

I've seen and heard and read a lot of stuff that was made to convince people that ME:A is really a Mass Effect game and that despite the new protagonist and the new galaxy, this truly will be a Mass Effect game. But only now do I feel like I actually believe it. Huh.

Nice way to keep both (L,R) players happy.

I don't think that screenshot is necessarily evidence of asset sharing.

As we've seen from IRL Mars photos, physics dictates terrain, and since physics is the same everywhere, deserts are going to look the same everywhere, for sufficiently controlled definitions of "desert." Even the surface of Venus and Titan look like terrestrial deserts, despite all the materials being completely different, not to mention the ambient temperatures and atmospheric pressures. So if they are going for realism, all the desert planets will have a lot of terrain features in common. Colors might be different, but the shape of a mesa cut from sedimentary rock is going to look the same.

That said, I'm tired of seeing those basalt formations also. To my eye, they don't look the same as the ones in DAI, so I don't think that's from asset sharing. I just think environment artists think they look cool. And they do. Or did, in DAI. But enough is a enough. I've been to a few different wilderness areas in wildly different geographies and I've seen IRL basalt formations exactly once. I've seen lava fields way more times than I've seen basalt formations -- about as many times as basalt formations appear in DAI.

I hope most of the planets have significant amounts of vegetation, or the game is going to look reeeaaally bland. Most of the screenshots I've seen so far have been 50 Shades of Wasteland.
