There HAS to be a certain pattern to this.
Did anyone here ever play a game with him at all?
If so, what kit were you using?
Maybe he just hates most kits and only doesn't quit with a select few combinations?

A couplefew years ago I queued up, and got this guy as host. He left. I requeued and the same thing happened. I noticed the pattern for the first time. What followed was a rather high and maybe tipsy Dalakaar "following" this guy for nearly half an hour. He /she/it? left every time. I ditched perfectly good lobbies and requeued just to see if I could keep landing in the same lobby. Was bloody hilarious, must've pissed the person off something mighty seeing me show up in every lobby you hosted for half an hour. Not my best story by any means, but one I thought I'd share regardless.  |

It's just gibberish, purely for fun  Also You can just make as many accounts on bsn as You want to (two for sure), name them as You want and then delete them. That's what happened with my cover here. SHIT! Some of you have way too many credits! How was Phebus text messaging in lobby?
I've had the same experience with this guy probably 2-3 weeks ago, joined the lobby, one other person joined and then showed host quit. I only remember because of the nonsense name he had. I'm guessing he is looking for specific types of people in the lobby and must leave if he isn't happy with the load outs.

^ You need to download WarrantyVoider's dll loader and put them in the game's bin folder, this will enable in-game console. While in lobby, press "~" or Tab to bring up the console, then type "Say XXX" to chat. The credits was a gift from Crashsuit, I got it years ago by joining his lobby without prior knowledge. Still haven't found a way to spend them. I might return to the Milky Way soon since Andromeda's giving me headaches, and of course I'm prepared for yet another sighting.  Oh, the thrill... |

As you can see I havent posted here but I used to on the "original" Bioware MP forum. I've had 3 runins with this host all ending in migration after a few sec. Dont know if there is a pattern. Maybe its someone charitable who only wants to carry newbees to some easy credits...

And that means you are more probably to come across IAI.

so, i just ran into infamous IAI20122312 5 times in a few minutes while looking for gold; always got booted out of his empty lobby, even after texting him via console to play together, while the servers kept matching us again and again and again...
i do actually admire his (or is it her?) steadfastness, it's like being thrown on to the stone wall - you know you're gonna slip, but you try it nevertheless. the stone wall doesn't move though. it never does.

Got lol'd watching BioWare 's "we have dismissed that netcode claim" stance on MEAMP and decided to have some good old ME3 matches. Guess what? Our friend is still holding the line for the Milky Way, faithfully. We exchanged a few friendly words (although he didn't actually say anything, it's enough knowing he was watching).   And he left, true to his fame, as ever. |

I won't start another topic for this, but two lucky fellas ran into ErzPaladin on mecoop reddit  I've dropped into his lobbies a few times, he immediately leaves. A few weeks ago, I dropped into wave 2 or 3 of a Silver GIP he was hosting, he was playing Lancer Juggernaut or something. At the end of the game, he immediately quit the lobby; after the migration, I found myself in a lobby set to private. I wonder if he only wants to play with friends but keeps mis-setting the lobbies to public; and after setting them private and starting a game, the BiowerPlz-quality matchmaking code doesn't notice? It is August 26, 2017. I just had my first encounter with ErzPaladin today. I searched for Silver matches on PS3 because I started again on PS3 since I don't want to dig out the Xbox and pay for Gold (since I swapped to PS4). I loaded up a lobby and immediately had an X on my name. "WTF? (What the Frank?) I just figured he was wanting to do a 2 man and hadn't switched it to private yet. I find a pug, play through the silver and have a good match. Lobby breaks up, hit quick match again, it's Erz again. Alone. X again. I keep a mic plugged in, but muted, just in case. I proceed to ask for any sort of reason: "Why don't you have it set on private?" I leave, search again. He has the only silver. I stick around and 2 more peeps show up. I ready up, they ready up, Erz does nothing. 1 second to go, the settings change to bronze. I am somewhat stubborn and conceive this must be a troll, but that's acceptable. Surely he will straighten up when the match starts.... right??? Nope. He does not score a single point for 6 waves. Completely avoids enemies and does not help. But on money objective 2... it's pizza time. He grabs the nearest object and kills time like a mofo. I get back on my mic and taunt him a little bit. "Do I need to hold your hand or something?" I realize that I may not come off as an innocent party if I continue to taunt him so I back off. The objective timer fails, mission over. At this point, it's time to leave. I proceed to check out his gamertag and trophies. I get confused. I decide to passively aggressively troll him and send him a friend request. I see German as his language and wonder if I should ask a friend of mine for phrases to send to him in his native language. Hopefully something like: "Your mom smells like flowers." I pack up my crap and head out to play the Pathfinder card game with my friends and shoot the crap. I come home and decide to ask you peeps about this guy. Google his name... Annnnnd here's the thread. I'm honestly not that mad or irritated, but I was like: "This guy isn't cool." It's funny, I've played the games for a while, but never ran into anyone that rude or brain damaged (outside my circle of friends). Any other recent sightings? |
