It wasn't really about the scouts themselves. Let the kett figure out how to exalt krogan? They just need to kidnap them after that and put them in the magic jars, poof, instant super-abominations. Raeka did save us and I felt bad for not saving her back, but she kinda made a stupid decision by going after a few salarians when she had an ark full of them. Yet another sequel bait decision so until I see the ramifications in the next game(s) I'll stick to the krogans. Maybe my emotional-casual Sara will pick her since the loyalty quest can negate Drack's disapproval and I'm a bit curious how the her presence changes the later scenes/quests (just tonally I guess).
Yeah, giving the Kett more Kett-Brutes wasn't something I wanted. I'm curious about Raeka's involvement in the Salarian conspiracy quest vs Hayjer, but it's likely tonal.
I kept wondering about the impact of Sarissa being replaced as Pathfinder personally. My emotional/casual Ryder exposed her but was in no way letting Vederia take over. I'm skeptical she could have done the barrier later on.
As for Vetra, she's easily my favorite character in Andromeda, as well as my favorite romance in Mass Effect overall. Needs more hip gyrating though.
Exposing Sarissa and keeping her as Pathfinder is a no no, considering she doesn't help save Captain Dunn. I also think you need Raeka alive but I'm not sure on that one. Also how many Krogan did Drack have as scouts? 10 or so? Who cares if they get exalted, this isn't like when they exalt the Angaran's by the thousands.
Am I seriously the only one on this board who actively dislike the Krogan as a species? There are individual exceptions I like, (ie. Wrex, Drack, Grunt) but Krogan are the absolute dumbest species from the Milky Way.
I mean how many Krogan went to another galaxy while still carrying the Genophage? If the writing didn't attempt to gloss this over with "we had some medical shit done to us in cryo to sort of fix it" bullshit the Krogan would never be able to repopulate and die off in a few hundred years from all the infighting.
Also did Drack bang his granddaughter? Who the hell is the father?
Do you wanna go Pokemon hunting tonight? Cuz I wanna catch a Pikachu. (I'll see myself out.)

You don't need Raeka alive or Sarissa's reputation intact. I had Sarissa (exposed), Hayjer, and Avitus. Dunn survived. I'm only wondering if Vederia is capable of the biotic bubble on Meridian. It probably is just a "Do you have 3 Pathfinders?" It's boring, but I wouldn't be surprised.
Krogan are dangerous. Especially with someone like Wreav at the helm. But I never liked the Genophage debate much with the Salarian government's position on it in ME3. Uplifting them was a short term solution for the Rachni that blew up in their faces later (and I can't believe they were planning on uplifting the Yahg after the fact.) Curing the Genophage in the context of the Reaper War is similar, except the Reapers are a far greater threat than the Rachni ever were. There's a lot of dangerous, desperate decisions in ME3 that wouldn't take place the same way outside the context of the invasion.
I won't forgive them for leaving Claymores and Graals in the Milky Way though.
The father? After Drack's loyalty mission and a follow-up task, it has to be Vorn.

I was hoping it'd be more substantial than just "having 3 Pathfinders", oh yeah Vorn, forgot about him.
I'm still damn pissed how they are glossing over the genophage in this game. It pisses me off after all that shit we went through in 3 and everything the females endured and apparently all it took was some "magic during cryo" to cure them.

As far as favorite characters go, how does Vetra rank for everybody?
I like Vetra best and Drack. I like Sara Ryder also. I think they did a good job making her different from Shepard and still likable. (I choose mostly the professional dialogue tho.)
My favorites from the trilogy were Garrus, Tali, Wrex, Liara, EDI, and Legion.

Interesting. I'm playing an emotional-casual Sara with PB romance and not really feeling the character. Delivery, overall performance, something feels a bit off. I thought about it that maybe she was 'meant' to be played as logical-professional because of her science background (loved the dialogue differences - e.g. explaining the eyes to Jaal). So thanks, I'll definitely give it a try! Up next is CoraScott, but for pt#4 it's 'Dr. Sara Ryder - biotic goddess' time! (probably with a Vetra romance, since the dudes are not good enough for my Saras/as a viewer-player not enjoying their romances)

Yep Dr. biotic goddess is basically how I play. I throw some emotional in there every once in awhile when I am trying to be sympathetic or in the romance arc. Sounds way better then "I have no idea what I am doing..." Ryder. Seems to compliment the Vetra romance well because they both seem overall level headed but Sara is a little goofy and needy still.
I can't stand the awkward Ryder in the Suvi romance. I eventually want to romance Reyes and Peebee for the achievement but I am having a hard time getting over the asari derp face. Like Shiala, Aria, Liara... All hotties. Why. Maybe I will just do a Scott/Peebee/Cora playthrough.
I know they got rid of the paragon/renegade but I wish you could be more of an asshole. I mostly did logical/professional as Scott and it was close but damn I miss how mean renegade Shepard could be.

I played a Logical and professional Sara and that style really fit for me. Only using the emotional option when she was vulnerable. I think Fryda's delivery was very on point with those choices.

I choose casual to cuss out some characters which I loved and emotional with certain scenes/Vetra but yea like I said mainly logical/professional.
eh peebee is by far the ugliest asari in any of the games imo. I actually like what the rest of the asari look like a lot in andromeda. The only problem of course is that they ALL LOOK THE SAME. Really Bioware? Luckily we have vetra to make up for it so I don't ever need an asari with her in the game.

I don't think Peebee is the ugliest. I don't like how puffy in the face the Asari in this game look. Compare someone like Shiala, *total wish you could romance her* to any Asari besides Peebee in this game.

You better use that sweet audio file #85 for my spiky girlfriend Vetra, BioWare!

I chose casual (sarcastic) every chance I got due to the voice actor sounding like Nolan North (Nathan Drake).
