Vetra Nyx, Maker Bless Sheryl Chee! (Official Thread)

Random thought I have to share:

Sarah: Vetra! What the hell are you doing to my rifle.

Verta: I am simply regulating the energy flow from the thermal clip, optimising the scope and adjusting the trigger sensitivity.

Sarah: Callibrating then?

Vetra: Callibratings overated. Descriptive means allow you to know exactly what I am doing. Callibrating could mean anything. If you get my meaning.

Sarah: Oh. So... Wanna do some callibrating.

Vetra: *stands and turns to Sarah* How's your reach?

Sarah: *stands on her toes to kiss Vetra* Not the best. But, oh the Flexability.

Scott: *calls over from the other side of the bay* Get a room!

SAM: I beleive that was their intension Scott. Disconnecting Sensory Input.

Garrus himself said he wasn't a very good turian, because he wasn't very "by the book."
Vetra is probably going to be the complete polar opposite of Garrus, just to avoid comparison. So I see her being lawful neutral all the way. 

I hope so, especially since the other character I was hoping would be turns out to not be.

Wouldn't polar opposite to Garrus be lawful evil (At least I see Garrus as chaotic good)? With his dislike of rules and evil people, his nemesis would be someone evil he can't lay a finger on because they are technically following the law.

I'm still hoping for complete chaotic neutral rogue...though that will probably be Peebee

...but I will probably love Vetra no matter what her personality is like (unless she's like Vivienne )

Adore Vetra! I'm really hoping she'll be an available romance to both Ryders, because I have to admit that height difference between her and sisRyder is the most adorable thing.

I... don't want to take too many guesses at her personality yet, but I like the vibe I feel from her so far. Whatever her personality might be, though, I don't have any fears that she'll seem too similar to Garrus. Bioware have said plenty of times that they don't want to just re-make characters--that's no fun for the writers.

What we do know, at least, is that she doesn't seem okay with Ryder running off and being reckless, considering how she speaks to broRyder in the newest trailer. I'm really fond of that, considering one of my planned Ryders is going to start quite reckless before they Learn.

As for class...? I'm actually put in mind of engineers a lot? I think it might be the visor she's wearing? It reminds me of the tech visor I always wore as my engineer Shepards in the trilogy.

On another Note, I watched the Trailer again and Vetras voice really rings familiar to me.

I'm wondering if it's Hera from Star Wars: Rebels. The Twi'lek.

Not sure. but it would be my guess. Either that or Sumalee Montano who voiced Nyreen.

So happy to have a female Turian in the game.

Garrus was one of my most fav companions in all the masseffect games, and I can't wait to explore Vetras character when the game arrives.

I had managed to convince myself it must be Joan Allen, but after hearing that I am less certain. I am pretty sure I know Vetra's voice from Skyrim, but Ellen Dubin had several minor roles there as well. And so the guesswork continues...
