Garrus likes to savor popping the heat sync , or did he say that in 3? I don't remember. I think it was ME3 where it was suggested that fem shepherd and Garrus got jiggy with it  |

ME2 is when Garrus had the "vigilante" tag attached to him, so no wonder Liam mentioned him as a vigilante. Too bad Vetra wasn't interested to hear this story, but it's obvious Bioware tailored this banter, so that fans get the hint, but not too much retro-fit to the original ME2 is made by suddenly introducing Liam/Garrus encounter (probably Liam was after him as a still active cop?) |
