I think it'll be business-first, since the others are crewmates, Peebee busts out of nowhere, and Jaal is sort of the... representative of his people or smth.

From the Turian's perspective, the First Contact War was like meeting someone at the bar, going back to their place and thus entering into an brief-but-passionate love affair. Unfortunately, both slowly came to realise that they couldn't actually stand each other.

When the Turians looked to their friends looking for support over the breakup, they chose to side with their ex instead, saying that the Turians were the one acting like an unreasonable and overbearing jerk throughout the relationship.

Made worse when the Turians discovered their friends actually liked their ex and refused to stop inviting them out, even despite the break-up.

No wonder the Turians were so awkward around humanity in the early games.

Also that is why I love the Turians so much. To the humans it was the first contact war. To the Turians it was the relay 314 incident. Like it was some small event.

What I love about the turians, is that they look alien enough to be distinct from humans, but "humanoid enough", to make they "alieness" interesting to investigate.
I think they represent very good balance of alien/still similar to human ratio.

If 2 Milky Way species were either forced or willing to live on the same planet together, I think humans and turians could successully not only just co-exist, but live spread out evenly on the entire planet where conditions are applicable.
Of course the only problem would be the nutrition as we would have levos and dextros living on the same planet, but I think artificial agriculture is something they already all will have mastered by XVIII century...
Even synthetic food "(like to "goo" they all ate in Matrix - while tasted like ass, it provided body with all it needed) would be a valid solution to this problem

It's a natural response to the shame of the morning after: the Turian didn't want all of the galaxy to know how it was their first time with the humans...
