Finally got around to checking out these two. Just wow! Gonna get to the xeno fic as soon as possible but it looks like a winner. I can personally vouch for Xeno's story. I read the entire story from the very beginning up to the point released so far - part 1 "A Matter of Race and Character" and part 2 "A Matter of Time and Space" and loved it. Bear in mind this is not just a short quicke story, but a enourmous story developed over ~2,5 years, that has already like 80~ chapters in total. What I have to commend is the incredibly well done manner in which the author makes those cool "tie-ins" into the canon ME1-ME2 storyline while driving the fanfic story using his/her original characters. The ending for part 1 is great, but the ending for part 2 is just epic, loved it. This may seem oddly self-serving or sound like I'm just some vain writer stroking my ego but I honestly don't care: happy beyond words that you enjoyed/are enjoying the story.  Valni was so much fun to write and she and Kenneth made a surprisingly cute pairing.
Now, to get back on topic, I can't wait to see how Vetra interacts with the crew. The teasing reviews from the lucky so-and-sos who got to play 6 hours of ME:A suggest Vetra is charming, fun, capable, not to mention flirty.

I hereby repeat everything I've said back then - your fanfic is the best thing ever devised for ME universe, IMHO. It only has one major flaw - after thousands of words, dozens of twists, dozens of chapters... it eventually ends...   As for Vetra, all the leaks/tweets/hints point towards a very interesting character. Its so close I need to pinch myself from time to time |

It's a compliment! Been playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and started up a new game of NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer. Nice, I never did play Vampire: The Masquerade. I played the hell out of the original NWN, never 2 though. OMG YOU SHOULD. One of the best, most atmospheric RPGs of all time. And it's super cheap on Steam.  edit: That was directed at VtMB, but NWN2:MotB is excellent also. HYPE SO STRONG |

They've been hinted at in the background of pics but now confirmed as the next species. Wonder how many of them there will be? I can't imagine a lot will want to leave the flotilla. And will their habitat be where we meet Vetra?
