I totally missed the name but that is awesome, I hope he mentions Nyreen.  Also yea could be about Sara.

It's the element you need to achieve it: better than eezo, the element of surprise powers military offensive since ancient time.

It can be a pure coincidence with Harper and Nyreen surnames, bit if at least Tiran turns out to be a relative of Nyreen, that would be interesting.

He is a new character. It's just the surname is the same. Same with Cora.

I bet he could do that. Scott is not far off my build and I could pick Vetra up and shoulder press her over my head with ease, and I'm only a normal 21st century guy.
Now only carrying 95 kg is easy as pie for someone with a little gym experience under his belt.

Started up the interview. Danielle is really fun, Vetra is gonna be a blast.

Bag carry is a great exercise to simulate ''princess'' carrying a heavy person.  Its a tough bag filled with stones weighing 100-150kg. You pick up the bag from the floor and then ''princess carry'' it for like 50 meters, drop it, pick up again and go another 50 meters etc.
Its a fun exercise and I can highly recommend it if you're planning to romance a certain charming tall lady in Andromeda. You'll thank me later. 

(Just never drop Vetra like that bag :D8: )

And here I sit being capable of doing only 35 push-ups per set...

I think I should finally start doing some power lifting, so far I just jog a lot, but that makes it hard to gain muscle from my observation...



Vetra would totally kick my ass...
