Still, a long shot from ruling the waves right? I saw it by a fluke, against the Aussies, and was simply wondering what the hell I was watching... Then I realized that the Brits took waiting in line (or queuing as you call it) and turned it into a sport. Brits man... We never invented it. We've just become really good at it in the last few years.  |

Obviously, the loss of the American Women's Soccer Team was utterly disappointing, and I find myself in some agreement with Hope Solo on her sentiments towards the Swedes, but what can we do? We've only got more gold to win in other events, and I think we're better than a lot of the haters that want to see the US put down for being victors.We still have basketball, a few more swimming events, and others that we can show off in. It's something you claim I'm doing. Why does it bother you so much? Why does America bother you so much? So were is youre proof that i'm anti-American? Thats right you have none. You have used 'us' and 'we' multiple times, go back and read youre previous posts. When I say foreign athletes are booed in America i'm not specifically talking about Olympics. Look at foreign fighters (boxers) for example coming the US for a fight and getting booed. Dont try and play the victim, calling me a dirty foreigner and saying my oppinions were worthless because I wasnt American. The only one with a problem hear is you, being patriotic is one thing, insulting other nations is entirly different. Get that chip off youre shoulder if you dont want to be called out |
