Mass Effect News Thread

First of all, I've missed you guys. I'm glad they've finally shared enough new stuff to bring me back online.

Now, to the point, does anyone else thing the angara look a lot like the kett? I wonder if the kett are a fanatical offshoot who have modified themselves. Under all that bony armor, they share some striking similarities. These became apparent when I got to look directly into the eyes of both the Archon and the Angarans. They look like the same people to me, at this early stage.

It's great to see and hear Cora, Liam and SAM, finally. Aside from the weird, plasticky sheen that seems to be a mark of Fb3, everything appears to be coming along reasonably well. It looks like Mass Effect-- neither top-shelf nor terrible, visually. The characters look like another fun crew, and that makes me optimistic.

I know most of these things belong in their respective threads, and I don't expect extended conversation around these thoughts in this Twitter thread. Basically, I wanted to say hi to everyone! It's good to finally have some reveals. It's long overdue. My enthusiasm was nearly nill, and this at least gives it a pulse. I may not hang around for much conversation until after the game's release, but it's great to see all of you still hanging tough through the info-famine, keeping the BSN strong.

What are they going to do about it? Follow, and write a ticket? Impose fines? Deactivate SAM? AI research is carried out by Synthetic Insights on Noveria. We know neither by whom nor where SAM was actually developed, or if the Council sanctioned it. The Council doesn't have jurisdiction over the entire Milky Way.

That new trailer actually looks really good. Glad to see they've shown us Liam and Cora's faces, and Vetra's voice sounds about like what I expected.

In the briefing Sara looked more like her face model, Jayde Rossi.

Also, the siblings default armor is different in the abdomen region.

How do you notice these things?!
