There's a vid in Jaal's thread that shows we might have heard him talk in an earlier trailer. If so, he's got a gorgeous voice! I've been listening to him talk in interviews, its nice indeed! 39 and 49 seconds in, some think that's Jaal speaking. He sort of stutters like the female Angaran did when she spoke in the new trailer. |

I think the answer might be related to the profiles, because I don't see any other way an answer without that would lead to a situation complex enough to not be able to say yes or no. I think the answer might be related to the profiles, because I don't see any other way an answer without that would lead to a situation complex enough to not be able to say yes or no. This answer gives me also hope for a degree of body customization, since he gave a similar one. The two most popular theories I have heard are each profile has a 'special' ability tied to it that you can unlock and utilize as a 'fourth' ability. Or that...somehow...you can switch between ability sets tied to your profiles. Which kind of makes sense though because, logicaly, the more abilities you unlock the more you will need to unlock profiles to flip between them, BUT if you specialize in a profile (or two) you will by default have a lot fewer abilities to worry about. |

I just hope you can switch these 'profiles' in combat. The annoying thing about the ability swiching in DA I was that once you got into combat you could not switch out, so you can be carrying...Leaping Shot for instance...realize you are battling on a cliff, but at that point its too late to switch out to something usable so you are stuck with 7 abilities instead of 8...and really 6 because your focus abilities usually didn't get used in combat that often. |
