It's one of the female voice actors in Skyrim, since they repeat voice actors so much in that game I recognized it easily. Someone put on their detective hat and fire up some Skyrim. I am always playing it. She sounds a lot like the Argonian and that begger woman. Psychedelic that's a possible one too! |

How about that turian lady from the Citadel DLC, who voices her? I'm reading too much turian into this. Her voice is pretty soft. Vetra almost reminds me of that DAO dwarf with her tone. I am not the only one who thinks it is Joan Allen. from the Vetra-Thread: I hope this hasn't been posted before, at least I couldn't find anything regarding Vetra's voice actor. I believe she is voiced by Joan Allen, probably better known as Delphine from Skyrim. Vetra's voice in the latest trailer sounded so familiar, but I haven't been able too place it. That had bugged me for days, good thing I decided to replay Skyrim (again). Unfortunately she doesn't say very much in the trailer, so I could be wrong, of course. What do you think? Yes! Someone else thinks it's her too! You are not the only one.  It sounded like Joan Allen to me. My brother was talking to Delphine while I was watching the trailer. Her VA hasn't been official revealed yet so all we can do is guess. |

This is done by going into the accessibility settings in the system menu. |
