Just in case anyone's unaware of the context, this is (I believe) a response to Mark Darrah teasing with tweets that simply say 'Dragon Age.' So in all likelihood it doesn't mean anything beyond continuing a joke

Imperator Furiåsa @devilkitten I played some Mass Effect in the middle of the night because I was coughing so bad I couldn't lie down. The result 1. I'm falling in love with Kaidan again and 2. it's entirely possible to fall asleep during a gunfight in Mass Effect on veteran difficulty if you're tired enough.

I'm saddened by the lack of mention of anything ME:A related. I think you're right. They've made a decision and it likely is a re-do or remaster of the OT. However, since it involves "more husks"; I remain hopeful that, if a sequel, it does not involve total destruction of the reapers (since all the husks would have been destroyed, along with the reapers and the geth who created them).

I think you're reading too much into this. Moreover, I doubt the people who made this picture for the holidays even has any substantial knowledge of what might happen/is happening with Mass Effect. It's just five random references from their most current franchises.

LOL, I have just been setting up DAO for the past few days getting mods working and after four failed attempts of creating a character I even somewhat like I am now on the march of decimating the Elfroot of Ferelden by harvesting every single plant!!!!!
