BioWare has been named one of Canada’s top 100 employers.

The award, announced November 7, gave our Edmonton studio high marks for our on-site amenities, like comfortable lounging areas and in-house kitchens with free breakfast. And with our move to downtown Edmonton in 2019, they will get even better.

We were also recognized for our excellent family-friendly benefits and financial perks, including matching RSP contributions.

BioWare cultivates a warm working environment through social events and parties, as well as mentorship and in-house training. We also encourage our employees to be active in the local community through volunteer hour and contribution matching programs, as well as direct support for organizations like the Stollery Children’s Hospital, Edmonton Food Bank, and Canadian Blood Services.

We’re proud to have built one of Canada’s best workplaces here in Edmonton, building great games these past 22 years.

There's a lot of missing bits and pieces. I sent them some feedback about why isn't there an option to not have allers on the ship or not. Why isn't there an option to have Ken and Gabby back on the ship in ME3.

I had to stare at it for a few moments to realize that's Peebee's jacket.

it's too long, doesn't leave the belly exposed.

That is one goddamn awful looking jacket. It is so horrible that I can't stop laughing when looking at it

I know some people who just love audiobooks, though I've never listened to one myself. Thinking about it though, I can imagine that being an issue...

I'll read it. Though I have to admit, this gives a lot of potential audio to use for a Sara Ryder mod in Mass Effect Andromeda

Creating a game (any game) is an outlet of passion, determination and a labour of love. Developers can work for years to create something that they hope you will like. Like any job, it has good and bad days, but for most, the experience stays forever.
