It looks like they have integrated some of the achievements, so they are not duplicative across the three games. Plus it looks like they have created new achievements to replace those, achievements that treat the three games as a package.

They got rid of the NG+ achievement ... I hope that means I can fully spec a level X weapon in ME3, without having to play an NG+ match. I got used to playing the game with level V weapons and weapon mods of varying levels, would be nice to be able to fully level up the weapons and weapon mods. I did an NG+ once for the Level X weapons achievement, but just once. They got rid of the NG+ requirement in ME for level 60, here's hoping the same is true in ME3 for level X weapons and level V weapon mods.

Andromeda was sorta like that ... except for the first two runs, where I was hugely inefficient in my play, my runs topped out at level VIII weapons, armor and gear. The first two runs ended with level IX weapons, armor and gear, but no desire to grind random combat to get any or all runs to level X "stuff."
