FocusZero @focuszerodd is there any plan to address the Tier VIII bug in a patch? It has made this insanity playthrough more interesting I will say. lvl 61-70 there is no inventory at vendors. Apex Loot rewards disappear, and unless you craft it, you cannot find gear.

One NG+ is enough. It was incredible to fight an Architect at Level-18, instead of Level-100+ (the last one I fought with Sara). Each was on Insanity, and Sara's gear was far superior. Still, I melted that thing with Scott. The enemy hp-bloat is crazy at high-levels of Insanity. It's more noticeable once you restart with a fresh character. I was looking forward to those higher levels to invest points in a lot of different skills and do more experimenting with various skill/profile combinations. Massive enemy hp-bloat is unfun. It's not like you can have more than 3 powers active at a time...
One possible solution would be to cap enemies at say, level 80 - and cap Ryder's health and shields at that point, too. Then let Ryder continue to earn skill points to try different things.
Hardcore balance is fine for levels 100+. Insanity though is a slog, enemy HP bars never end

I definitely wouldn't mind if the hp, at least, capped at 80 or 90. It's not an issue, really, for normal enemies. It only becomes a hassle with Architects, in my opinion. Grinding through an Architect for 10+ minutes without taking any damage is not a challenge. It's just boring.

I recently did a playthrough without putting any points into any powers. I only used a level one melee weapon and level 2 shotgun. I defeated all 4 architects. The first one on Eos I defeated at level 9. The playthrough was challenging, but good.
I've done a few new game plus. plus and so on. Tried different armor. Used different profiles with different powers. Its alright.
I saw your post about this in another thread. I knew you'd be the first here to try all of these things!
To be clear, I like NG+. It's fun to fully evolve a character, or nearly so. It's nice to carry over all of our equipment. I'm now reliving how terrible the Nomad is before upgrades. Ugh. I just don't think I'll ever play NG++, if that makes sense. One NG+ for me is enough, per save file. Enemy HP eventually becomes a grind at a certain point. I don't want to dread the tedium of Architect fights, nor do I want to skip them. This may be less of an issue on other settings than Insanity. Once you get used to Insanity, though, everything else feels like Casual. I can't imagine not playing Insanity. Maybe Harcore is actually better at ultra-high levels? I could always drop the difficulty for Architects, but that feels like cheating, and I don't want to degrade my skills.

I'm waiting for the next patch to hit before I start an NG+, I ended up mid-60's on my first playthrough, and want a bug-free second experience Enjoying multi in the meantime.
Also, this has been bugging me: Where do you get the blueprint for the vanquisher in single player? I can't find it for the life of me!

I didn't pay attention, to be honest. I just had it, at some point. I suspect that it comes bundled with the other exile weapons on Kadara.

To use the new hip phrase, you just 'triggered' me. Last night i am battling a tough boss for a long long period of time and dingle balls is giving me that phrase ever 10 seconds. i almost lost it.
