She definitely looks Mediterranean! Now did you get that from the CC or a mod? Is the Calpernia complexion mod supposed to help with darker skin? No, not that I know. I have mods in DAO and DA2 that make the darker skin colors work (and put in even darker ones), but in DAI, I don't use such a mod, only what the CC gives me That's impressive. I tried playing with CC making an elf for a few minutes when I did not have time to play the game, trying to create that v.lucky in love female elf, and I was not getting anything satisfactory out of it. And none of my characters including two Hawkes gave me as good options as I see on your screenshots for dark hair and eyes.

I don't use any reshade thingy for my screenshots, I just take them, as they are and the lighting in DAI is a funny thing - sometimes, it looks, as if Riya has grey hair, sometimes like red. Elves I can do fine, dwarves are ok too, but humans and Qunari are a nightmare for me.

Okay, I sufficiently wound myself up to feel like going back to Inquisition after my unexpected tryst with Revel Hawke.
My big "but you do want to see that, don't ya?" are:
1. Dorian and whatever story elements are there - I am picking up too many spoilers, so I am trying not to look, but I still got a vibe he has Corypheus connection/involvement of a kind as well. 2. I want to see if Cassandra has any funny or cute scenes when she meets Hawke. Throughout DA2 she is so intent on talking about him with Varric, and Varric even teases her about possibly having a crash on Hawke. I want to see if they did anything with it... if we indeed seeing Hawke altogether in Crestwood. 3. I want to talk to Cole because I was not really. 4. It's not as if I am thinking about going a little back in Dusk's saves and either cancelling Blackwall's romance break up or hacking Cullen's lock... not really. But, well, maybe it's worth talking to Cullen again. And checking out mods for his alternative appearances.

1. Orsino knew, that Quentin is an apostate, and studied forbidden magic, but didn't know, that he was a serial killer. I never understood why a captive should cooperate with the prison guards? I think Orsino was too loyal. "Gee, Mr. Quentin, these sure are fascinating research notes you are sending me here about stitching living bodies together into giant cannibal golems! I'm so glad you are researching this ethically and purely theoretically and not actually ripping people apart and performing sadistic blood magic rituals on their still-living bodies!" If you want to claim Orsino was ignorant of what Quentin was up to, then you also need to argue was a complete freaking idiot. And as for why he should cooperate...because it was the right thing to do. Orsino was utterly corrupt. The only irony is that he was innocent of the one thing Meredith thought he was guilty of...but only that. Frankly, dead bodies seem like they're pretty easy to acquire in Kirkwall. So it needn't have raised as much suspicion as you would think. Still, I think there was some willful ignorance on Orsino's part. I don't think he wanted to believe Quentin was a serial killer.

Willard Trevelyan, lvl16, rift mage, lone wolf ( prequel) Willard helped to Cassandra to seek for Seeker Lucius, and finally, despite, that he have some doubts about the Order, advised to Cassandra that she should rebuild the Seekers. 1. Cassandra promised, that she will work for the research of the safe "cure" of the Tranquility, and no more dirty secret. 2. Willard wants freedom for mages, but know well, that they can be dangerous. Seekers don't use lyrium, and have some useful abilities, so: based on their abilities and with the help of mages they capable of effective action against the rogue mages. To a new start this seems good it just needs to be implemented. Cassandra seems naive, but seems less malicious against the mages then was before. A strange Letter from "Lord Samson", the Commander of the Red Templars They found Cassandra's apprentice, poor guy looked badly, bot spoke about Lord Seeker Lucius. Finally, Willard and Cassandra met with Lord Seeker Lucius After this meeting, Cassandra's faith was shaken. Lord Lucius' old book revealed a few secrets Later Willard asked a few more questions from Cassandra about the tranquility's "cure" Willard hopes, she telling the truth. Bonus:

*hugs DAI plushy tightly* I've just seen and heard the most terrible thing (who's the "genius" who picked that piece of music?) in the universe today (MEA launch trailer). DA devs, you better do great for DA4!
*
Dip a toe in FB, then I remembered Cass hasn't talk about looking for Seekers so I kicked off the meeting with Loghain at CW. After that, Cass was willing to talk about the mission.

Oh, for the love of god! That pos game! That bloody extolled exploration!
Oh, slice it all to ribbons to nine freezing hells!
I was trying and trying to get North on the bloody idiotic exalted plains, fought through some maze, and whatever other mobs, and I just can't find a way. I started searching, and there is some idiotic bridge to fix, and an operation to unlock, to just get north. You frigging gotta be kidding me!
I guess, you can't go north till you clear out the south and do the blimey quest chain with setting every pit there is to set on fire.
What a nightmare.
Is that how every map is going to be now? Read a walk through before starting or you are set for three hours of wasted time?
Gods, I just hate this game now.

No, I don't' wAnt a new companion that is the same class as Revel as a forced comp, so I decided against that one. Also I always feel sad that our ragtag band never got a single kind word from Bio even after they remastered BG1. We sort of put years of dedicated work once into That Mod and it was loved by the fans, and all that...so, yeah, salt on old wounds. Though, tbh, the guys that did kotor2 remaster were even more of unsung heroes.

The bridge isn't tied to completion of anything but the war table Mission. :/ Told ya to skip the plains- are you just trying to do a side quest of a companion? Skip those wooden fort things and just race your horse past the bad guys.

I put in my resignation for the end of the month. The boss lady didn't take it well but...She was part of the reason I was leaving so that's not a surprise. Good news- I get to see my husband sooner! I'm still healing from the end of ME3. This was done after a PT of TW3. Between the two of them, my heart/mind is pretty darn sore. and so now I haven't touched a Dragon Age Game since I finished my Cassmance Ghi'ral Lavellan in January. That sounds kinda insane to me,because I played DA 10 months straight, I'm not even kidding. I have a Brosca Leliana romance to do but I don't even like Leliana so I'm dragging my feet (also she'll kill Zevran and that's sad) Whereas Reagan Hawke, a mage with a head cannon backstory I kinda love...And who friend mances Fenris? Sounds adorbs. Of course, we're talking about DA2, so not exactly the least depressing of the Trilogy. But I would get to see Carver again! Oh... But he'll become a Templar... Then again, there is finally getting around to playing the New Walking Dead Season 3 that I've been putting off till they got closer to actually releasing all the episodes but I honestly don't know when that is. But hahahaha very unlikely NOT to be depressing. Then there is Jade Empire which @domi has recommended. It's $15 and I can only be a lesbian but Domi says I'm missing out without the experience. (The game, not the lesbianism )

Mark of the Assassin is a mixed bag. First of all, it`s not related to the Hawkes, like Legacy. It starts as a burglary mission and develops into something quite different. I mostly disliked Tallis as a character, so she is not a positive reason for me. MotA is unusual for DA2, in a different way compared to Legacy. It has some funny banter, some interesting companion quests, side quests, and puzzles. What was worth for me is a very unusual stealth mission about infiltrating a castle. Something which Hawke needs to complete mostly alone. And of course, there is a plot concerning Thedas. All in all, it`s a perfect fit for a purple rogue Hawke. Not so for a mage or a warrior. But for a rogue, it`s almost crafted especially for them. And a purple Hawke has some extremely funny moments. Would I buy it again, in hindsight? Yes, but not for Tallis, and not for the original reason. Since it came out after Legacy, I expected a new plot involving the Hawkes. But it fits well into the overall DA story and offers some insight for DA:I. Bioware`s reaction about the modding community is typical for corporations. They don`t want to recognize any merit out of fear that modders would ask for something in return (especially they fear money and copyright). Which is just ridiculous! I know only too well how it feels to be ignored this way. But your work has the most important recognition: from the fans. I most likely played some of your mods. And I thank you very much for them!

Then there is Jade Empire which @domi has recommended. It's $15 and I can only be a lesbian but Domi says I'm missing out without the experience. (The game, not the lesbianism ) Jade Empire is a lot of fun. I got it when it was free on Origin and played through it twice. It has some very memorable characters. If you do play it, make sure to talk to everyone a lot - just a like a Bioware game. You get to know them better and a few more quests open up.
You don't have to be a lesbian. There is 1 male romance (sadly, not 2 since the second option would have been really good) for a female PC and possibly 1 female romance but I'm not sure since it never came up in my games. Male PCs have 2 females and 1 male they can romance.
It's also a very short game, compared to more recent ones - I'd say 30 hours max - so you don't need to invest a lot of time in it.

I'm working in the book sector (I love reading since I'm 6 years old) and I'm pretty sure, I will find a good new job soon too (I even applied for a comic mail order store - if that works out, it would be great). I hope, we will find both jobs, that make us more happy. About Jade Empire: the chinese mythology is really interesting. Of course, JE is more of a fantasy game, it's a bit likes an far eastern version of DA or other fantay games, but like in DA, you have some reference to mythology from our world. For example, I always thought, the elven pantheon is a mix between the celtic and northern pantheon and Fen'Harel has definitively some Loki vibes (trickster, outsider, betrayed the other gods, you never know, on which side he is...). And it's a bit similar with Jade Empire. Plus, it gives a very interesting new setting. The combat was a bit dificult fore me at the beginning, but you get used to it. Here is a list of the characters, you can play: jadeempire.wikia.com/wiki/Player_character. I loved playing scholar Ling, essentially the mage class in JE

I'm working in the book sector (I love reading since I'm 6 years old) and I'm pretty sure, I will find a good new job soon too (I even applied for a comic mail order store - if that works out, it would be great). I hope, we will find both jobs, that make us more happy. Any work concerning books sounds interesting for me! Of course, I`m a typical book devourer, with a big personal library and thousands of various books read in several languages - novels (mostly sci-fi and fantasy but also mainstream), journals from great explorers, history, culture, science, technology ... So anything concerning books is great for me. I really hope you will find another satisfying job around books. Speaking of books, what do you think about the Dragon Age novels and the effect of external sources upon David Gaider`s and Bioware`s ideas about the DA world?

Then there is Jade Empire which @domi has recommended. It's $15 and I can only be a lesbian but Domi says I'm missing out without the experience. (The game, not the lesbianism ) Jade Empire is a lot of fun. I got it when it was free on Origin and played through it twice. It has some very memorable characters. If you do play it, make sure to talk to everyone a lot - just a like a Bioware game. You get to know them better and a few more quests open up.
It's also a very short game, compared to more recent ones - I'd say 30 hours max - so you don't need to invest a lot of time in it.
Well, if Melbella says I should play it... IT sure is a quicker download than these modern games.

Had a great time in the Deeps Roads and I'm on my way to become filthy rich I don't know why am I being so awfully greedy this time , but I'm doing again what I did in DAO, and the only thing I bought so far are a few fortune runes, saving up to start buying cool stuff by the end of act 2 I'm doing now Legacy, I guess that's going to help to get a lot of gold. I'm not sure actually about doing Legacy so soon in the story, the truth is I'm trying this only because I thought Fenris' banter would fit here better

(The game, not the lesbianism :P) No, there is a boy, Sky, for a straight lady. He is like Anders/Fenris. He is a rogue.
